What negatives do i take for a natural weapon and a regular weapon in a full attack

I made a half orc fighter with the toothy trait what negatives do i get on a full attack with my bite and my greatsword and can i even do this? And does power attack apply to my bite.

Your primary attack will get no penalty, your secondary attack will get -5.

As for power attack, I would guess that it does work with both attacks.

what makes it a secondary attack the trait says it is a primary attack does it become a secondary attack because i use it with a weapon?

Yes, all primaries become secondaries when combined with weapons.

Natural Attacks (Bestiary)
"Creatures with natural attacks and attacks made with weapons can use both as part of a full attack action (although often a creature must forgo one natural attack for each weapon clutched in that limb, be it a claw, tentacle, or slam). Such creatures attack with their weapons normally but treat all of their natural attacks as secondary attacks during that attack, regardless of the attack's original type"

Basically, take your weapon attacks as normal (full attack) and then take your natural attacks but treat them as secondary (-5). Easy peasy.

Weapon attacks: use your regular attack bonus, Power Attack works normally (-1 to all attack rolls, +3 to damage as you are wielding two-handed weapon)
Natural Attacks: -5 to attack roll and additional -1 for Power Attack. You get only one-half your Strength bonus added to bite damage, rounded down, and additional +1 to damage when using Power Attack (which has its effects halved for off-hand weapons and secondary natural attacks).

In addition, all of your attacks made with melee weapons and unarmed strikes are made as if you were two-weapon fighting. Your natural attacks are treated as light, off-hand weapons for determining the penalty to your other attacks. Feats such as Two-Weapon Fighting and Multiattack can reduce these penalties.
