So after getting the PDFs I never really even touched my book when it arrived and today while paging though it I noticed I am missing about ~16 pages of the book. Pages 9-24 are just not there.

I have put a replacement in your sidecart to be shipped with your next subscription shipment. Go ahead and keep your current copy but we do ask that you take it out of circulation.

I wish more companies modeled their customer service after Paizo's.


I purchased a copy of Ultimate Combat about three months ago. I have been using it all this time and never realized that there is a section missing. Pages 41-56 are just not there. This is quite unfortunate because it is the section where there are variants for the Druid, Fighter, Gunslinger, inquisitor, and Magus. what should I do? The ISBN is 978-1-60125-359-0. The UPC is 9781601253590 with a subsection #53999>. Is there anything that can be done?

I'm not seeing a order for Ultimate Combat in your order history so you should be able to return it or exchange it with the merchant you purchased it from, if they are unable to assist you, just shoot us an email. If you did purchase it from Paizo, let customer service know the order number via email, a new messageboard post specifically for your issue or phone.
