My guess is they will announce next year's GenCon release. Since we are doing groundless speculation, my guess is Mythic Adventures, bringing levels 20-30 to Pathfinder.

Sounds like a winner...

But my Foundless rumor is that Paizo will Buy GenCon rights...PaizoGenCon 2012

Since Tito Leati is on the Jade Regent lineup, I'd speculate that Willie Walsh will be coming to an AP soon.

Or maybe that whole Lucas vs. stormtrooper helmet maker case has encouraged WotC to resume selling the pdf backlist.

The announcement is that I'm actually a fiend. A real one. Paizo summoned me from my dark netherworld a few years ago and I've been pretending to be human ever since then. They'll be explaining in detail just how many of your souls I'll be feasting upon at GenCon this year.

Each and every person who has ever read any book, magazine or supplement published, written or even glanced at by Paizo, their employees or their relatives, will be getting a check for 5,000,000 somethings. Perhaps dollars, maybe rubles, or pesos, possibly even sand dollars, or dollar pancakes.

They will also be given a pony, a hug from a certain carebear in person, and a year's supply of Lilith's cookies.

Erik reveals that he is really the Grand Wizard Nex and that all PFS members will be forcibly moved to Absolam at the end of the Con.

Saturday: Future of Paizo (and if you only go to one seminar, make it this one)

Then it must be true!

Someone did meet Lisa Stevens's price, and she is buying her privite island!

I won't be at GenCon this year. I am working on my tan and trying to figure out where to build the servant's cabanas. Oh, and also where to find the best lobster in my barrier reef. Have fun y'all!

At the American Eagle fire sale, Lisa picked up a few crates of Dragon Dice, and has mandated that they be incorporated into all PFS games.

Every Pathfinder Society scenario will have at least one challenge encounter that can only be overcome by the use of Dragon Dice! Special challenge rewards will be available to characters able to beat these challenges, and can be gotten no other way!

Additionally, the Item Mastery Cards will be required as well. To have any item of masterwork, alchemical or magical gear on your character, you must possess the matching Item Mastery Card, and be able to show it at the table.

PFS players will also be barcoded with their PFS member number and character statistics, for their convenience (never worry about leaving your card at home! Or even your character sheet!).

By a branding iron.

Oh my god, you are the marketing genius of my dreams!!! Please tell me that you aren't employed. We could use a marketing mind like you driving the sales of tons of useless...ummmm...value-added game playing products. Move over WOW, here comes Pathfinder: The New Age, the RPG, miniatures, CCG, board game, computer game product.

This thread is quickly approaching levels of silly so great that even if the Paizo team made an actual reveal announcement in here, no one would believe it.

Nah we haven't got anywhere near silly enough

Scott Betts announces that he is the new lead designer on D&D 5E

Now that's silly

But doesn't it have just the faintest ring of truthiness to it?

Oh, we haven't even gotten to the parts about PF characters only being eligible for certain bonuses and 'extra features' if the player is wearing Paizo-branded PFS-enhancing apparel and drinking Paizo Cola!

The 'green initiative' will make all books out of recycled self-degrading materials, so that you have to buy new copies every year, and toss the old ones onto the compost.

If all goes to plan, by 2016, we'll open the first Paizo Preschool, inspired by the bold lead set by Disney where we will educate children in a fun, friendly environment, to grow up to be lifelong Paizo customers!

So Billy, what do you want to be when you grow up?

I want to be a Summoner!

How about a fireman or an astronaut, Billy?

Nope, a Summoner! And my eidolon's name is Sammy!

Ahhhh, that's nice. Where did you say you went to preschool, Billy?

Paizo is moving to Indianapolis because they don't want to spend so much on airfare to GenCon, the governor gave them a sweet tax break, and because of Lisa Stevens' unhealthy NASCAR addiction.

Bah, forget the smurfs, it's the My Little Ponies the RPG!

That or thundercats! ;-)

It would be cool if it was a Licensed Diablo 3 PnP game that is completely compatible with the Pathfinder rules. I liked the WotC versions but I think it could have been handled better. So far the best video game conversion to PnP that I have seen was the Everquest d20 series that White Wolf put out.

And as I am sitting here I happened to look over and see my 2e AD&D books and remembered something even cooler than Diablo. How about an updated Council of Wyrms style book? That would be pure awesome.

Silver Crusade

My LIttle Pony is a Hasbro trademark, so April Fool jokes aside, that's a task for That Other Game.

Thundercats would be awesone, though.

The Paizo store will give each customer some Lavender's Luxuriant Liniment free with purchase while supplies last. An everyday elixir for the common conventioneer, it beats that gamer funk.

Paizo will announce at Gen Con 2011 that all their print books, starting with Ultimate Combat, will have single letter printed on the middle page of the book. When compiled, the letters will either spell out a mystical cantrip that brings you Golarion, allows you a tour of Erik Mona's Chocolate Factory or spell "Drink Your Ovaltine" ... only time, and purchases, will tell ...

In all honesty though, I really would like to see a nicely done sci-fi game using the Pathfinder Core as a base ;)

At GenCon 2011, Paizo will announce that their year-long ritual of summoning dread Dagon, using the tears of people who hated the Oracle's naming convention, the Summoner's power level, who whined about the lack of Sorcerer options, who hated the inclusion of Eastern Weapons, the inclusion of Firearms, and the tears of people who disliked Paizo's offical erratas, will finally be complete. James Jacobs will be promoted from his position as Creative Director to Director of Reality, and his task to remake the world and all of his inhabitants will begin.

Based on the Paizo time-table, the radically altered Earth will be complete precisely on December 21st, 2012, marking the end of our supremacy on this plane in accordance to the Aztec Calender and ensuring the deaths of hundreds of millions of people, mostly transformed into various critters to serve as XP fodder for those who remain. Various Paizo employees will be promoted to deity-level status and will grant spells to worthy RPG gamers upon receiving their devotion. Oh, and Cosmos gets James Jacobs's old position as Creative Director.

Announce that they cast True Resurrection on H.P. Lovecraft, and signed him on as the newest employee.

Further to this announcement Lisa also states their intention to do the same for Clark Ashton Smith, Robert E. Howard, Robert Bloch, Frank Belknap Long, and Henry Kuttner, Now that's a line up of writers for an AP

I'm going to guess thats it's the Star Trek license. Since the deal never went through with Mongoose I imagine it's still up for grabs.
