(To be explicit, since it has been asked, Attatoq, Xanderghul, and Silmemir would be getting money under (2). Bear in mind that I would be determining how they spend the money, not the characters, which is why they are counting as NPCs under the rules; I do not consider it extra money to a character if the wolf can choose to blow it all on beer.)
I think that it is fair that Attatoq and Silmemir get a share, but since Xander can't hold a job in the caravan, I am not sure if he should count for a cut of the loot.

On Xander's behalf, I will point out that cutting one of the NPCs who actually goes out and risks death with you at every turn in order to further the goals of the group out of a share of the money because he cannot drive a cart seems a little odd. But I would probably be willing to rule that, say, PCs can voluntarily refuse the money for NPCs that are actually character features (familiars, animal companions, cohorts, etc.) if they so desire for some reason.
On the off-chance that any of you are interested in such things, of the five or so Jade Regent PBPs that started on this site at roughly the same time in late July/early August, ours is the furthest along by a significant margin. This isn't to make a judgement on whether that's better (or worse) in some sense, but as PBP games go, we apparently are moving along at a good clip.
Oh, right, sorry. You would get a message saying it was available for pickup on the evening of Desnus 1, which may seem slightly odd because when you commissioned it you were told there was no way it would possibly be ready before the evening of Desnus 2.
Myriana was told it would be ready on Desnus 8 (in fact, OOC, it will be ready significantly sooner than that yet, but Myri would not know that, and it is not ready yet.)
I've noticed a number of times when I've tried to post just 'No claims.' the board just previews it when i click post. So then I just add another line, then post (which it does) then go and edit to remove the extraneous sentence.
I think my last extra sentence had to do with quick red foxes :).
I probably should not say this as GM ... but I really hope you kill the ninja quickly ... because I cannot *wait* for you guys to be done, except for fun flextime scenes, with effing Ordu-Aganhei.

I was helping Lio update her money. I cannot find the Distribution for this loot claim and I don't have any money coming into the caravan fund between the storm tower and the yeti division.
And checking ~ the only one to claim stuff from that post was Kalimac:
(kalimac's claim)
5 uncut diamonds worth 1,000 gp
which is not on his claim list (which goes with that loot was never divided)
I think this was when gav and i got married, so it is easy to see how something got forgotten if it did.
my internet is very spotty tonight. if i don't post in the morning due to internet trouble, and everyone has combat already up and i'm last, puppeting me is acceptable so things don't slow down. i will attempt to post from my phone, but will not be able to look up details for spells, if that does happen. Mel, is it alright if I text you with questions for spells if it comes to it, during the day tomorrow, or possibly with my action to pass along to Kyrademon, if i can't get on the forum with my phone for some reason?
Yes, that was indeed somehow never distributed. I will add it on to the next loot post, which should be coming soon, with a note, and let people reclaim or change their minds if they want.
From Round 2:
For those within the smoke, a creature within 5 feet has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker can't use sight to locate the target).
I don't think you can sneak attack a creature that has concealment.
From rogue's sneak attack last paragraph:
The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment.
from Mana: if you don't want to deal with the guard attacking Mel, that's fine. but if Koya drops the weapon, she would not have brought Koya back into the combat where we could not protect her.
I just have to say, writing up all the different Strategy entries takes a while. But it's fun to see Rhost and Hrunndalf have that extra move as an immediate action. Very useful.
