More-than-two weapon fighting?

Rules Questions

How does Two-Weapon fighting work with extra weaponry? The blade boot and the Barbzau Beard both allow off hand attacks while leaving both hands free giving you a max of four different weapons for your two hands. Are the penalties same as for two weapons?

Hmm... do you imply that Greater TWF would allow for a grand total of thirteen attacks in this case?

+16/+11/+6/+1 main
+16/+11/+6 for all of the secondaries?

(plus the -2 for TWF, plus any bonuses)

I must admit, I'd stick to 'one set of off-hand attacks'. Of course, this won't stop you from using, say, a Greatsword as your main weapon, and a Beard as 'off-hand'...

Such a creature would have to take (will, he doen't have to, though it would be wise) the Multiweapon Fighting.

One can wonder why not improved version of this feat is included. It may very will be a balance issue.

  • Two blade boots
  • Armor spikes
  • Barbazu beard
  • Two weapons

You can still use only one off-hand weapon per round, though, unless you possess an ability that removes that restriction.

Do you know where that is cited?

From the Beard's description that was the intended usage. But even if you limit weapons, any character with natural attacks can still add a beard and boot for iterative TWF and not even go over a two weapon limit. Beast totem Barb, Toothy, Beard, Boot. Means 5 attacks before iterative and Greater TWF. Limited mobility on the boot unless you have a freedom of movement effect, but the beard just costs proficiency.

Blade Boot - from D20PFSRD website:
Blade Boot :
Blade boots come with a spring-mounted knife that pops out when triggered with the right combination of toe presses.

Benefit: You can use a blade boot as an off-hand weapon.

Action: Releasing the knife is a swift action; rearming it is a full-round action.

Drawback: When the blade is extended, you treat normal terrain as difficult and difficult terrain as impassable.

So it can be used as an off-hand weapon, nothing about additional attacks beyond that
Armour Spikes:
Armor Spikes: You can have spikes added to your armor, which allow you to deal extra piercing damage (see “spiked armor” on Table: Weapons) on a successful grapple attack. The spikes count as a martial weapon. If you are not proficient with them, you take a –4 penalty on grapple checks when you try to use them. You can also make a regular melee attack (or off-hand attack) with the spikes, and they count as a light weapon in this case. (You can't also make an attack with armor spikes if you have already made an attack with another off-hand weapon, and vice versa.) An enhancement bonus to a suit of armor does not improve the spikes' effectiveness, but the spikes can be made into magic weapons in their own right.

So again, can be used as a weapon, nothing about additional attacks.

Beard Devil's Beard:
Beard (Ex) If a bearded devil hits a single opponent with both claw attacks, it also lashes at the same target with its spiky, filthy beard. The victim takes 1d8+2 points of damage and must succeed on a DC 17 Fortitude save or contract devil chills. The save DC is Constitution-based.Devil Chills: Disease—injury; save Fort DC 17; onset 1d4 days; frequency 1/day; effect 1d4 Str damage; cure 3 consecutive saves.

Special attack, similar to "Rake"

The Beard refers to an exotic weapon named after the monster.
Barbazu Beard

But for armor spikes at least it specificaly calls out only one off hand attack. So by precedent it looks like two weapons + Natural may be the max without extra hands.
