Not long after Ultimate Magic was released, there was more than one thread that popped up in regards to the spell Cold Ice Strike. How unusually powerful it seemed, giving the same effect of Cone of Cold, but as a swift action, and only as a 6th level spell.
One of the devs (I believe Jason), had commented that they would look into this. Has there any been any resolution in regards to this as far as we know?
