This has come up in the customer service meetings.
At the moment, our advice is this: if you need to combine these two shipments wait until you get the first email with regards to the Early July shipment (the one that says "In the next week or so, we're expecting to ship...") Reply to that email ASAP and let us know you would like hold off on the shipment until the Late July shipment. We will put Early July's items into the side cart and it will ship with Late July. Please note, that email goes out only a few days before we begin shipping. You have a limited amount of time to let us know you need to combine the shipping. As soon as you get the "A package containing X item(s) from Paizo Order #XXXXXXX is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by..." email, it is too late and we can no longer combine them.
Now, there are a couple things to note:
1. We do not charge or grant PDFs until the items ship. So you won't be charged or granted PDFs of early July products until they ship in Late July.
2. We are again planning on offering the ability to pick up Late July subscription items at our GenCon booth. If you choose to delay early July, you will NOT be able to pick the early July items up at GenCon as part of your subscription, instead, they will wait until the next subscription shipment estimated in September (or you use the "ship as soon as possible" button in the sidecart box on your My Account page). Only Late-July items will be available for subscription pick up at GenCon.

A note on this—especially for international customers with multiple subscriptions: As many of you know by know, we often split shipments into multiple packages when that results in lower postage costs, and there's enough stuff coming in these two shipments that a lot of them will be split anyway, and so delaying them may result in negligible—or even zero—savings.
Unfortunately, because we don't know for sure what products will make it in time for the August (aka "late July") shipment (and because there's still plenty of time for you to add or remove stuff from your sidecart), we can't give you a completely accurate prediction on which way would be cheaper, but I'd say that if you're an international subscriber with the RPG line and one or two other subs, you *probably* won't save anything by waiting. And if you don't have the RPG sub, but you have, say, three or four other subs, you probably also won't save anything.

I have a related question. I think I already know the answer but figured I would ask to be sure. In my account under my subscriptions it lists 3 shipments for July. It is listing Jade Regent 1 as it's own shipment. I am guessing that's cause the account is set to ship with each AP each month.
I am guessing that Jade Regent one will ship at the same time with Carrion Crown 6 and the rest of the late July stuff. But thought I would check to be sure, incase after the early July stuff goes out I need to switch it to once a month to get the rest to all ship together.

This is due to the fact that this page isn't really smart enough to deal with book books being released at the same time. When it comes time to create the order and ship it to you, the system is smart enough to combine them properly.

Is there any possibility of making a "tactical suspension" of a subscription to a specific product line before the "Late July" package, so that the books from that line get shipped in August? That would do marvels to my budget, because GenCon box is a killer and I'm afraid I can't handle it this year in one go (and I'm not super keen on losing the free PDF and PF advantage either!)
Help me give you more money! :)

You can suspend subscriptions, which effectively delays them until you're ready. Just let Customer Service know—ideally, shortly after we ship the last products you *don't* want delayed.
