Why has my order not shipped

I sent an e-mail to customer service and have not received a response. My monthly subscription has still not shipped. I see that others have received their subscriptions. What is the problem? Thanks.


What with PaizoCon, Customer Service may not have seen your e-mail just yet. Everyone will be back in the office on Monday and someone will be able to assist you.

It looks like your order had a bugged item preventing it from entering the shipping queue. I have fixed the bug and we will get it shipped out to you as soon as possible. I apologize for the delay.

Any idea when it will ship? It is already 8 days late and it still says my order is pending.

As Cosmo said yesterday, we would ship it as soon as possible. It looks like it shipped about roughly 10 minutes after your post.
