I just played at a table with a Gunslinger and I didn't constantly puke.

Spoiler:
Also... thank you for telling me what the five new factions are. I won't mention to Mark that you're the one who leaked the info.

Yeah, I noticed you didn't puke. I also noticed you seemed to be having a good time despite yourself. What's up with that?

Agreed.

And damn you, hogarth for getting to it first. ;)

Five minutes before the game I created Joe's barbarian that completely broke the special encounter (without knowing what was coming, mind you). Creating broken characters always makes me enjoy myself. :)

Not to mention that Jim (the guy who played the gunslinger) is actually a pretty cool guy (minus the part about having a gunslinger).

PS - I enjoyed your blog today. I completely forgot to go mock the live action Quidditch players!

<Checks thermometer> Wow, it's getting cold in the Abyss. It's not below 32 degrees, but, I'm thinking that it must be getting awfully chilly ... and it's almost Summer!*

Frankly, Demoyn, I am glad to hear you say it. I know your rather vociferous and vehement detraction of the class. It's nice to know that a good player and DM can stand a chance at least making you say that it doesn't *entirely* suck. :D It's better than nothing!
And, it's nice to know that you got some good gaming in at ComicPalooza. I was worried that with all of the organization and helping to run the events, you might not get good game time in.

It still entirely sucks, I was just able to stomach it. Stephen's given me hope for when Ultimate Combat comes out, though.

During the convention I played in 5 slots, DM'd 1 slot, and walked around coordinating 1 slot. A few games were interrupted with coordination issues, though. With any luck I'll be doing it all again next month at Apollocon!
