Warp Touch (Sp): Starting at 1st level, you create brief, disorienting changes in a creature’s physical form. This ability affects one creature within 30 feet, which is dazed for 1 round (Fortitude negates; DC 10 + 1/2 your sorcerer level + your Charisma modifier). You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier. This bloodline power replaces acidic ray.
You said it yourself. It only lasts one round. Dazing a creature is all it can do. Unless you are talking about "brief, disorienting changes in a creature’s physical form" which is only fluff, and does nothing.

Nothing? It enacts "brief, disorienting changes in a creature's physical form". That might not have an effect apart from the daze, but it's not nothing.
I didn't mean nothing as in nothing. I meant nothing as in no in-game effect (besides the obvious dazing.) The warping doesn't last. Just like the missiles from Magic Missile, the blade from Flame Blade (nothing says it disappears after all), or the fog from a fog cloud.
Nothing in the ability of Warp Touch says anything about anything longer than a round, so no effects last longer than a round. If it did, that would of been stated.
