spirit guide bonded spirit ability

For the hexes you use the oracle level as shaman level and switch Wisdom for Charisma and vice versa for the purpose of determining the hex's effects, but it doesn't say anything about the spirit ability. I assume that using your oracle level instead of your shaman level is intended in this ability. But is this also true for the switching of wisdom and charisma?

Example: Does a spirit guide who bonds with the life spirit get to channel positive energy like a cleric, using her oracle level as her effective cleric level and use this a number of times per day equal to 1 + her Charisma modifier or rather 1 + wisdom modifier?

I have the same question about switch ability. And no spirit ability use wisdom, maybe it's why we don't need to switch the key ability. I hope someone can give a clarification.
