Ugh this semester is burning me out. There is way too much reading involved for each of the 3 classes I'm taking. It's not more than I can handle, just more than I can keep from being burned out over. How did I manage to pick the three most reading intensive classes all in the same semester? FML.
I don't get why people think Karlan's some dour and unhappy fellow. He's normally rather bright and happy in a Captain Carrot sort of way. If he's in a sour mood it's typically because he's gaining an unenviably long list of enemies in a short amount of time while deeply homesick.
Oh and an evil horse thing (he already hated horses) cursed him with its evil kill breath.

Sooner or later one of my character will accidentally coup de gras himself when he is sticking his foot into his mouth. But, hey, I have avoided it so far.

I'm really really interested in starting a Warhammer Fantasy PBP...but I still can't figure out how to get the dice thing to work...we could just try to translate all symbols into numbers

Hey all, I am in a Serpent Skull campaign which is just starting, actually restarting as the first DM just quit after 2 weeks. We have a new DM who is a long time player in another campaign I am in. It looks like we need 2 more players. Right now we have a Mwangi Elf Wizard(transmuter) - me, a human Bard(archeologist), and a human cleric. Looks like we need at least one melee player. The second is open. I do not think that the DM has put any serious restrictions on races or classes, but probably Core/APG/UM/UC would be best.

DMZZ, I haven't picked up yet. I have been sticking to games that I knew I could PbP. Since your games don't dry up is there anything that I would need to buy in order to get a character together? I know you mentinoned that there are cards and I was aware of the dice issue, but is character creation something we can't take care of online?
From what I am seeing in Dark Heresy, everyone wears corsets. Very Hellraiser. I looked at the Inquisitors book and flet like I got mind f#%$ed by Clive Barker and H.R. Giger on an acid trip. Might be a bit too grim for me, haha.

I have been using Myth-Weavers (http://www.myth-weavers.com/forumhome.php) for years now in my other games and find it to be a fairly stable platform (as stable as anything else on this system of tubes).

The easiest way is to pick uo the character guide. It includes (but only in textform) all cards from the coreset and the first expansions.

Yeh - he has posted on my campaign 1-2 times this week, none at all in his S&S campaign. I think he said he would be down south until the 16th.
Heh. Not lost, just my parents changed their net since I was here last and made it much harder to get online. That plus the added time spent taking care of sick kids has meant very very little time online. Will be back with my usual vengeance on Tuesday when back in KL.

So the koalas are not as fierce as reported.
Don't even get me started on Koalas. I am pretty sure they are hiding something. I think the whole slow movement thing is a setup of some sort. Just look at those claws. I am pretty sure that when we are not looking, they are all training in martial arts. I bet even the young one have 8-10 levels of monk, and probably some ninja levels as well.

Ha! None, I just told an Aussie that she was the second Aussie I had officially had a conversation with (that I could recall) and since she's awesome, and you're awesome, then clearly all Australians are awesome. :P

Erm, she's 16 so I can't really answer that. She has the potential to be, I suppose, when she's done growing up. She is incredibly smart and mature for her age though.
