Scarab Sages

I believe that the new "prequel" The Thing movie doesn't exactly inspire me with confidence.

Scarab Sages

I used to think that I could not go on
And life was nothing but an awful song
But now I know the meanin' of true love
I'm leanin' on the everlasting arms

If I can see it then I can do it
If I just believe it, there's nothing to it

I believe I can fly
I believe I can touch the sky
I think about it every night and day
Spread my wings and fly away
I believe I can soar
I see me running through that open door
I believe I can fly, I believe I can fly
I believe I can fly

See I was on the verge of breakin' down
Sometimes silence can seem so loud
There are miracles in life I must achieve
But first I know it starts inside of me oh

If I can see it then I can be it
If I just believe it, there's nothing to it

I believe I can fly
I believe I can touch the sky
I think about it every night and day
Spread my wings and fly away
I believe I can soar
I see me runnin' through that open door
I believe I can fly, I believe I can fly
I believe I can fly

Hey 'cuz I believe in me
If I can see it then I can do it
If I just believe it, there's nothing to it

I believe I can fly
I believe I can touch the sky
I think about it every night and day
Spread my wings and fly away
I believe I can soar
I see me runnin' through that open door
I believe I can fly, I believe I can fly
I believe I can fly

Hey if I just spread my wings
I can fly
I can fly
I can fly, hey
If I just spread my wings
I can fly
Fly eye, eye

I believe I am starvin like Marvin. Time for a grilled brain ..err cheese sammich!

Scarab Sages

Braaaiiiinnnnsssss......sammich?

I believe a brain sammich is best with head cheese.

I believe a porterhouse steak tastes mighty fine cooked over a charcoal grill. I also believe I have some Arizona Rasperry Tea/ Mikes Hard Lemonade/blended Ice mixutre to wash it down with.

Scarab Sages

I believe it's getting to be about that point where I consider taking a break from Paizo....again.

I believe there are other spots to hang, friend zombeh. I'll even toss a extra medulla oblongata on the barbie for you. Do what you must, but don't let the trolls get you down (I know, from me even ..)

Scarab Sages

I believe it's going to get even worse the closer we get to a certain event that happens in late 2012.

What the undead rising! 2012 you heard it here first boys. Vote Undead Reagan for PotUS!

Meh. I believe trolls will be trolls. Who shives a git what they think, what they say, what they care about. I sure don't. I know what I'll be doing at that point, and I believe that 1-20-2013 will be a happy day indeed =)

I believe I spent 20 hours walking around in circles since Wednesday, so I'm going to take today off and play D&D.

You lost pursuit of Comicus when Josephus hit you with the wacky weedus?

[bubble bubble bubble]

Indeed, I believe I did. Damn Romans.

Scarab Sages

I believe I've seen snails move faster than my training class agenda.

Spoiler:
Still, the class is interesting.

I believe I am tired. I believe this 10+ miles on the bike is making my knees sore. Still, I believe I like the pain.

I believe I hate working late On a Friday.

Scarab Sages

I believe, despite the sometimes slow nature of the training, that I learned a great deal in my class this week.

I believe that I am now sufficiently ready for the weekend, despite the promise of unusually high temperatures.

I believe it is time for a break from posting. I believe my skin has become a little too thin as of late, and I need to go do something productive in RL before I say something that I later regret.

*blink*

Scarab Sages

I believe I will miss you Monkey!

I believe that trolls suck ass.

I believe I had a blast at my friends house today.

I believe I am popping in to say hello quickly.

I believe that the current trend of evil/broken/polititroll threads have made the forum poisonous.

I believe that although the moderators and staff of Paizo are proud of their allowing of political posting, that their assumptions of basic member civility are based on a much smaller membership from three years ago.

I believe that if these threads are not contained, either with a separate subforum, or a complete ban, that by the time the 2012 election rolls around there will be a huge outpouring of venomous crap, flowing over the boards in a tidal wave of bile.

I believe that this will be very counterproductive to Paizo as a company, especially with the looming release of the Basic game and the inevitable influx of web-savvy children to the site.

I believe that even a grizzled old board member like myself is seriously pondering cutting ties and walking away at this point. I may be alone in this, but somehow, I don't think so.

I believe I will spend a little more time away from the computer and ponder my descision at this point. Until later folks..

I believe you are definitely not alone. However, I also believe that I am loathe to let the trolls win.

Scarab Sages

And now I believe I'm suddenly craving a twix bar.

Seconded on all counts. At this point, the only reason I even come back to the forums on a regular basis are FAWTL and the Z-Day PbP. And at this point, I don't really see myself using the forums any more than I do now.

I believe I'm scheming to see both the Harry Potter and Captain America movies this weekend.

I believe I may actually be too hot and tired to start drinking.

Save it for a couple days. That tropical storm/hurricane-to-be headed your way should cool things down a bit and give ya'll some much needed rain. Do what we in FL do... have a hurricane party.

Now they're saying slowing and trajectory will likely make it not help N. TX. :(

Ass trolls? I hear they are NE.

You need to get everyone in N Texas to have picnics, wash their cars, head to the beaches, and leave their windows down. That has to antagonize the storm, right?

I believe I saw Capt. America this evening. And I believe it kicked Thor's butt.

I believe I wouldn't say poisonous, but definitely somewhat annoying.

I believe you are correct sir. However, I also believe the 2008 election season was pretty rough, so I'm not sure it will be much worse than that point.

I believe that would be a shame. But I also believe one should do what one feels is best; sometimes a breather is needed.

I believe that sucks. I also believe you should go anyway. Sabotage the sabotage!!! ;)

be sure to sit through the credits ... as if that is something anyone needs to be told anymore, especially with the Marvel films

I believe I am working for the weekend today. I also believe if I did not have this darn kidney stones I could have a cocktail which I would very much like at this point.

Sovereign Court

I believe I have a 3.5 game tonight and a Pathfinder game tomorrow.

I believe I have to take three dogs to the vet tomorrow morning before the game.

I believe I also have a little work I will need to get done this weekend as well ... at some point. I believe once it is done, it will be ready for publishing.

I believe I will be lacking sleep come Monday.

I believe this is eye of the beholder stuff. I usually shrug it of, but attacks I take personally that don't debate subjects but rather demean the holders of opposing beliefs...yeah that pisses me off.

I believe the 2008 season was but a small foretaste of what will occur over the next 15 months. I might be wrong, but that's where my money is bet. I hate to be all Cassandra about this, but the current political posting atmosphere before the first Iowan Caucus gets underway, well it seriously doesn't bode well.

I believe I wont walk away. After a week of disconnect, I am feeling calmer. I will try to use focus and not click on anything strange, even new 'fun' threads. Maybe I'll look into that Greasemonkey script. There are a few weasel trolls I'd love to ignore right about now. Maybe the amount of slime and crap bubbling up will eventually force a moderator descision on political posting, but we shall see.

I believe you were correct and that is now a nice, albeit hot, Saturday afternoon.

I believe you may be correct. I also believe that the Flags will be flying come the political vitriol that will inevitably make it one the boards. And I further believe the PMG will act as quickly as possible to reign in the nonsense. Hopefully, it will suffice.

I also believe that a flag will be a better response than a pointed response to politrolls.

I believe I will welcome you back. :) And I believe Greasemonkey is a nice script for what you are looking for.

Sovereign Court

I believe I need to put together a quick video page before I can go to the Pathfinder game this afternoon.

Scarab Sages

I believe my grass is cut.

I believe clothing has been picked up and dropped off from the Dry Cleaners.

I believe I don't have any other pressing matters to attend to today.

I believe it is too GD early to be up.

I believe that early to bed and early to rise makes a monkey something something and wise.
