Actually, I'm more of a whiskey and tequila woman, now. I have graduated in those, too. From Jack Daniels to... I believe the last I had was Johnny Walker Blue Label, and from Jose Cuervo to Resespado 1800 and Centravio. Mmmmm. Smooth.

Just finished off a bottle of Ardbeg and my Patron keeps me company now. Although I think the invasion of Big Liquor into Tequila over the past decade has impacted its quality.

Don't you mean Budweiser?

Back!

Hu55y your linky wasn't working :(

Female Human Housewife/1

I'm a hussy now?

*sniffles*

Literally, I'm still sick. Anyway, it was a link to a wallpaper with the Muppet's Beaker on it that reads

NSFW:

Everyone else can go blow themselves, because I'm bad as f*ck.

I have it as my background now.

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

Traded alcohol for coffee about a dozen years ago -_-

Female Elf Rogue 2/Wizard(Air Elementalist) 3 (HP 33/33; AC 14(18 w/Mage Armor), FF 14, T 18)

Heh - Don't drink coffee or alcohol - I just think of all the money I save by avoiding those two grossly overpriced excesses.

Male Orc Expert 5

I'm frrling like a thousand different flavors of butt right now so I'll try to have a post tomorrow. I do however need a post from LEVash on the rebels thread and Pollux's intiative in the nobles.

Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to crawl into a hole and die.

I mean it in the most complimentary way :)

Female Human Housewife/1

I will inform my husband of your fond regards. :D

Hope things go better for you soon, Tark. My Mother in Law is back in town, so the defecation has hit the oscillation for me.

Female Human Housewife/1

This link should work.

Thesing and Asmodia's Courtship.

Checking in for the day.

The link doesn't work if it uses the referrer, I think, and it seemed to cache it. I had to use a different browser, visit 4chan, then copy/paste the link to the address bar, then it worked.

And trade alcohol for coffee? Both can exist in harmony.

Hope you feel better Tark.

Meraxilar, You rolled a d20 on your attack damage last round instead of a d12. I don't know if Tark will let you change it.

Tal Bernard Mainz wrote:

Good catch, thanks. I posted hastily. I reposted the damage roll if Tark allows it. :)

m Human Ftr 5 AC*:28,12,26. HP:50/50 Saves:7/4*/6 CMD 26*

Hopefully he will as that is a nice increase in the damage. It through me for a loop though originally. I was trying to figure out which ability gave you that change in damage dice. I wasn't sure if it was some secret Rovagug trait or feature. Only thing I could think of was a 20th level monk. Man you leveled up quick.

Didn't anyone tell you Tal? We are all 20th level monks. This game is our second carreer.

Male Orc Expert 5

And some unlucky opposing rolls now have the Rebels group facing an angry Great White Whale.

Female Human Housewife/1

G*ddamn wizards. We're supposed to get killed for an audience, not by moby dick!

Female Elf Rogue 2/Wizard(Air Elementalist) 3 (HP 33/33; AC 14(18 w/Mage Armor), FF 14, T 18)

Hmmm, time to hide and hope that someone else can get this to blow over.

oh great. bloodless just screwed the poodle calling Delour a man.

What would you have preferred? Call her an ogre? Or a pit fiend? Or beluga?

Male Human (Chelish) Cleric 4 AC: 17/10/17 HP: 30

Good Evening, my companions and I are now accepting bids on slightly used heavy armor..... Forgive me, I meant donations for our new "Save the Tal Foundation". Our heartfelt thanks go to those individuals that can help us keep him alive.

Nice people have a bad streak of luck when they hang with us. Maybe we need to push Tal over the edge ;)

m Human Ftr 5 AC*:28,12,26. HP:50/50 Saves:7/4*/6 CMD 26*

Tal won't be incilned to say much as he is too embarassed to admit he needed this much help and was this total of a failure. Lily on the other hand is going to rip every single one of you a new one once she hears about this. Just wait...oh yes...Tal is having it easy compared to what you are all going to get.

No worries Tal. :)
Tark has been good to us. I think he saved my arse a few times too. BTW, us Nobles never "have it easy". :)

We will corrupt you though. It's just a matter of time.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Wizard (Banishment) 3

Please NPC Sclivian until the weekend. I've gotten busy. Thanks!

m Human Ftr 5 AC*:28,12,26. HP:50/50 Saves:7/4*/6 CMD 26*

I was looking through the old posts and saw that Pollux was thinking about taking brew potion. If anything that would unhinge me more than anything drinking something he made. That being said, it would be hard to pass up a drink now and then as long as it didn't invoke images of parasites infesting the body just so I could move.

Trying to maintain nuetrality is going to be tough with you guys. I mean Pollux's unorthodox methods do get results. If that is what counts then so be it.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Inquisitor of Milani (Preacher archetype) 4

Caldazar's string of misses in melee have now stretched to eight in a row....

Taking bets on how long this can continue.

And congratulations Nobles - we have now been in this final combat for over a month in real time. We were greeted from a tiefling bursting from the walls back on post 984 on the 16th of October. Once we complete this round it will have been 200 posts as well!

Mad props to Arael - as I think we would have been reduced to paste long ago if not for his healing.

Just venting slightly - nothing to worry about. So many single figure numbers on the dice-bot make even grown men cry at times.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Inquisitor of Milani (Preacher archetype) 4

Sorry - make that 9 misses in a row...

Was bored and interested enough to pore through...

Stats of Caldazar' raw attack rolls during the entire last fight
5, 15, 8, 11, 4, 4, 17, 17, 2, 2, 5, 1, 14, 6, 1, 6, 6
M H M M M M H H M M M M M M M M M

Average = 7.3
% of Successful Rolls = 18% (3 out of 17)
Median = 6

Other Rolls:
18, 9, 16, 1, 1, 4, 2, 15, 14, 5

Average = 8.5
% of Successful Rolls = 55% (5/9 - the 18 was on an Intimidate that had no mechanical basis)
Median = 7

stand aside, folks, this paladin in paper mache armor is gonna take the hit for all of you.

Maybe I should have made Asmodia a paladin of the inheritor instead :P

For the record the diplomacy roll did help.

Female Human Housewife/1

whose? Asmodia was nearly consumed by five hundred stone of pissed off b*tch.

Could be worse - you should see what happened in our other game when a female mage decided to charm someone 500 lbs. She charmed the ogre - she's gonna get the ogre.

Male Orc Expert 5

Nobles group! Congratulations on getting through the first book and reaching third level. It only took 30 some odd rolls of not rolling above ten to accomplish this.

Female Human Housewife/1

Congratulations Nobles group.

Leads to a question... Is Tark's Thesing bi-sexual? Hmmm.

For the record, my Kesten Garress is. And no, it was not intentional.

Nope. Just an a!&+!$*.

Calseinica however.....

Female Human Housewife/1

dammit, that b*tch threw asmodia to the wolves! but, might be fun to take thesing for a spin and accomplish what he could not. I got all the angles worked out, too.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Inquisitor of Milani (Preacher archetype) 4

FYI - I'll be out of town tomorrow, so probably won't get a chance to put in an update until Sunday evening my time (in roughly 48ish hours from this post).

Please DMPC me if required to keep things moving.

Thanks to everyone for a fun time with book 1, looking forward to continuing on to book 2!
Did we reach level 3? :)

Female Human Housewife/1

Asmodia and Bloodless, apparently. :D

Male Human Witch 5

Hit points 1d6 ⇒ 6
Feat Extra Hex

Hex. And I'm torn again
Slumber is a no brainer but I consider it a little over powered. Would vastly improve Pollux's combat effectiveness though.

Cackle is also a strong choice Misfortune as a standard followed by cackle as a move action is a valid tactic.

Cauldron would give me a nice alchemy skill and the brew potion feat but I dont think my spell list supports potions very well.

Prehensile hair. I keep coming back to this one. Ten foot reach, 18 STR. Very utility useful but it is a minutes / level thing.

Any thoughts?

M Aasimar HP:42/42, AC:16/T:12/FF:14 - Percep: +11(Dark Vis) F:+5/R:+6/W:+3 CMD: 19, Spd: 30ft, Init: +4/+6 Ranger 4

Cackle & Misfortune is good, as is Cackle & Fortune.

Slumber is in no way shape or form an OP ability, despite looking very good at face value. It doesn't have a very solid DC and so despite being great at the beginning you will notice it starting to come up short before long as it doesn't scale all that well.

Excellent early choice though.

m Human Ftr 5 AC*:28,12,26. HP:50/50 Saves:7/4*/6 CMD 26*

Tal has been reverted back to 3rd level.

As far as hexes go Pollux, I am still a firm supporter of the cauldron hex. Just seeing the look on everyone's face as Pollux hands them some bubbling noxious steaming potion he just created.

Redid my sheet with the magical breastplate instead (thanks Tal).

@Pollux- Cackle and Prehensile hair sound ..... Pollux-y (Still loving your character btw.. :) The combat effective Slumber is cool too, it's always nice to have an extra nuke.
