Just wanted to start a thread for this game; Soon, I'll post full character sheets of the pre-gens so players can make their selections (first-come, first-selected). The pre-gens will be updated characters from the original.

If you have played the original, not to worry, this one will be just crooked enough you can expect a surprise or two.

Here are the pregens. For those in my game, let me know your preference before we play.

For the spell casters, you may select the spells from the Pathfinder Core Rulebook or Advanced Player's Guide. Please have this done before we begin play. Feel free to ask for any rulings before play (for rule interpretations surrounding certain spells).

I used Herolab to construct the characters - Let me know if you catch a mistake and I'll fix it.

If you choose another character (say, the fighter), feel free to offer helpful spell suggestions to the spellcasters (e.g. bull's strength, haste, greater magic weapon, etc.).

----

I think I'd like to play the Cleric, but I'd like to ask for one change. It seems to me that a character whose primary weapon is a bow would be unwelcome in a party of 7th level without the ability to avoid hitting friendlies in melee. Really, I feel that either Deadly Aim or Weapon Focus: Longbow should be sacrificed for Precise Shot. I am willing to play the Fighter if someone else is set on the cleric.

Thanks

A couple of quick clarifications if you would:

For Ayar: I want to make sure I am reading this correctly. He is a Conjurer with Necromancy and Divination as opposition schools? Where does the tracked shift ability come from? What book does desperate focus come from? (I'm assuming it is a trait). I'm amused to note he has brew potions and the Alchemical prodigy feat for cure light wounds potions yet has no potions at all.

For Perin: What type of humanoid is his dagger bane against? Where is the silversheen weapon ability detailed? Deadeye Aim seems an unusual choice since the only weapons he carries are the two daggers he uses to two-weapon fight. Is he supposed to have more daggers or a ranged weapon? He has neither Craft: Mapmaking or Profession: Cartographer but carries a mapmaking kit, which seems odd.

Welcome to the game!

@Battleraven: Fixed the precise shot (updated the pdf); You have dibs on the cleric.

@ Gailedon: Ayar is a conjurer (teleportation school) specialist (APG 147). "Shift" works like dimension door. Desperate Focus is a trait that grants +2 to Concentration. Yeah, about the potions.. Not sure what happened there. Add a couple of potions of your choosing.

Perin has a human bane dagger (updated the pdf); Silversheen gives the weapon alchemical silver capability without a -1 on damage (not sure where it's from). He should have a brace of masterwork daggers (5 or so) - Deadly Aim packs more punch for a single attack without a responding full attack but, that said, let me know if there is something you'd rather have. With one fighter, he will need some help for close combats.

I'm using Hero Labs configurator so that's why the formatting and odd traits etc. It's hard to manage multiple weapons of the same type - adds extra lines and stat blocks.

I'm feeling a bit sneaky so I thik I will claim Perin. Battleraven is very happy with the change to Azure and will play her. :-)

Scarab Sages

Drat, I didn't see this thread until today. Let's see what's left for me to pick.

Hmmmm, I'd like to pick Jubelo the Fighter. Fits my playing style and is an easy class to pick up quickly. Been a bit since I played any Pathfinder games.

Looking forward to the game!

Just wanted to create a post here - thanking the players. This was one of those magical games where you go through a brief period of thinking, "Oh Crap, TPK", and, suddenly things inextricably pull themselves out and win in a big way. Five PCs of 6th and 7th level pulled through a CR12 encounter (Sakatha, the Great Lizard King; Lizard King Wizard (9th) and Fighter, and... vampire. Yeah, I know.). No punches pulled - You folks earned every experience point. We shall raise a glass to Perin, he took three tines of the war trident for the team.

I want thank Wilburforce, niblik, gailedon, and Battleraven. I also especially want to thank the player that ran Ayar, although I forget your name (inexcusable I know) - You were the best player at my tables this con and, trust me, that is saying something. Hopefully you come back to the con next year and have a try at something a little higher level (like A Paladin in Hell)...

Cheers,

~D
