I just wanted to drop by and voice my opinion on Pathfinder. I tried with all my cranial might to twist and turn my favorite 3.5 homebrew setting to fit the newest edition of the world's most popular roleplaying game (is this really true anymore?:)) and after nearly a year and half of trying with much frustration to make a square peg fit into a round hole I gave up and picked up Pathfinder.
WOW!!! Thanks Paizo! You guys rekindled my imagination. I actually want to world build again! The core rule book is absolutely terrific and every other book I've bought has been top notch! Keep up the great work!
So if the rest of you guys don't mind I'd like to hang out here more often.

I didn't use a homebrew, but playing the newest version of the game just kinda left me flat. Nothing against folks who like it, but it just wasn't the same game.
PF is a nice evolution of 3.X, and I think you'll find that the people who produce it are active on these boards, and try very hard to make it as good as it can be.
Zaxon, I feel you! Welcome aboard. Just beware of a few sarcastic posters around these parts...otherwise this is a very helpful forum for newbies.
