Hellknights in Society Play

So, I've been having a few characters knocking around in my head for awhile and one of them was a Fighter/Hellknight combo. What I was wondering was if anyone has really played or seen them in society play?

I generally game with a core group of about 20 people and our group is getting bigger but no one is playing one. How are people's feelings/views of the PrC as they've interacted with someone who has played one? I'm just trying to feel the waters out and see what people think.

My character Gennadiy is a paladin (Divine Defender) who will join the Hellknights as soon as he's able.

A friend of mine from Oklahoma has been playing a cleric/Order of the Godclaw hellknight that's now 7th Level. He notes that it's convenient, how Pathfinders often find themselves opposing cultists of demons and fringe evil deities, but never established churches of the Big 20 gods.

No, I haven't sat down at the table with another Hellknight. It promises to be fun.

I've played with a Cavalier / Hellknight. Can't say I have any complaints about it. He's Chelish, and my Qadira cleric of Sarenrae berates him every time he fails at something. In fact, he gets made fun of every time he loses his horse (happens almost every scenario). :)

Hehehe I'm sure I'll have the most unique Hellknight build... but I'm going for Bard 2/ Rogue 3/ Cavalier 1 and then Hellknight!

Some people may be slightly uncomfortable with the idea but you have to remember that you are an agent of law, not evil.

I wonder if some of the Hellknight's more questionable ideals/activities will pose a problem for your LG pally? It would be interesting to see the interaction between your pally any my uppity, LN cavalier.

Bob, he's applying to the Hellknights because the Paracountess has suggested that it would be in the best interests of his family's continued health. Conflicts with his paladin's code are routine for him.

Being a follower of Torag* leads to the Hellknight ideals of defense, as well.
