Dear Lady Merisiel of the swift daggers.

What is your opinion on the terrifying rumored existence of trans-dimensional beings called Players and GameMasters?

Your devoted servant,

Jason the Half-GM

Dear Mericiel S. Silvari,

Have you ever betrayed one of your friends? Please be honest.

Also, what do you say to those who consider you a bad role model for both children and people in general?

Nope. Never. Because in my opinion, you can't betray a friend, because if you betray someone, you were never their friend in the first place. And friends are the rarest treasure of all. I'd rather feed my daggers to a rust monster than betray a friend.

To those, I would say "lighten up!" and to their children I would sneak them an elixir of sneaking so that if they wanted, they could escape their stifling and horrific home lives to find adventure or whatever.

All the time! As long as the laws make sense.

I understand the individual words, but strung together in that order they don't make any sense.

So, what's your favorite group of outsiders?

What is your definition of skullduggery?

At what point do you draw the line and say no, what I'm doing is wrong?

Digging a knife into a skull that's rattling because someone hid a gem inside it probably.

And the point I realize what I'm doing is wrong is usually when Kyra (or whoever) gets that look on her face that lets me know that I might want to ramp it back.

Don't let her know I said this, because she don't want just anyone to know it, but Meri's actually really nice most of the time. I even saw her hug Harsk once when he was feeling a bit under the weather.

Awww! Such a cutie!

Gives Lem a BIG HUG!

Yes, but who paid for drinks that night?

Um...you realized that you said that with her standing right next to you right? Was this a elaborate scheme to get a hug?

Question for Merisiel...

Why did you hug Harsk?

Because he was having a particularly bad day and needed a hug. That's what friends do for friends. At least, that's what they SHOULD do.

Would you ever hug Alain?

Nope. I thought I established the fact that hugs are for friends?

Awww maybe the poor guy just needs a hug and a friend and he'd be more likeable?

Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Sorry, even I couldn't say that with a straight face.

is ALain seecretly an anti-paladin????

Cavalier.

Where, preferably, would your adventuring business take you?

How many stabs does it take to get to the center of a ancient red dragon?

Wherever the most exciting adventures are to be had! If I knew before hand, though, the excitement of the surprise is ruined.

Only one if you do it right. Usually it's more like 50.

Have you or your party ever have to fight someone of the side of the angels, so to speak? What happened to him/her?

Her Merisiel, how are you doing?

What are you currently doing?

What are current plans?

Ever killed anybody in their sleep?

Ever seduced a enemy to get them in a vulnerable position so you can strike?

What is your opinion on Paladins?

How many questions can we ask in one post before you loose attention?

Huh? As in, fight angels? Hasn't happened so far.

Good.

Lounging in a big soft couch at a friend's place in Kintargo and eating spicy peppers.

To continue relaxing through the weekend and maybe go to an opera.

Yup.

Yup.

Mostly stuffy, but nice and predictable so you can play most of them like a harp. Assuming you know how to play harps. I mean paladins.

Huh?

I know you liked salty over sweet, but do you prefer salty or spicy flavors?

What percentage of your magnificent collection of stabbery and amazement was or is gifted by a friend, if any, or do you accept knives from friends?

I prefer spicy over salty.

I'd say probably a third of my knives were gifts.

Has there ever been an enemy where you simply stood there, mouth open, and said "Oh CRAP. I'm over-matched."

Are you looking into flanking partners?

Who is your favorite flanking partner of the people(or their animal companions) you travel with?

Who are some non iconics that you like?

Nope.

Always!

Valeros and Kyra always seem to be ready to help out. Lem's helpful too, but he spends too much time on the sidelines doing bard stuff. Harsk is handy when he puts down that dang crossbow he's so fond of. Amiri's helpful too, but kinda scary with that overcompensation sword flailing around. Well... swording around, I guess, since it's not a flail.

Ameiko Kaijitsu is pretty awesome. So is Shensen. Whitelips, down at the Captain's Club in Magnimar, is pretty fun to hang out with. Ummm... there's more, but those are the first three who come to mind.

Can you appreciate the armor piercing potential of an estoc even if it is a longsword shaped thing probably more fitting for someone like Valeros, being that it is an ancestor of the delightful trophy you wield?

Having read about what happened in the Crypt of the Everflame, is there anything around I could look to in terms of later adventures that isn't the comic or something such as that?

Is there any one person in Golarion who you feel needs a good stabbing?

John Kretzer wrote:

Other than Alain? He kinda goes without saying, after all.

I can.

Not much beyond this thread at this point.

Lonjiku Kaijitsu. Although that sort of ended up taking care of itself.

*winces*. Okay, Allow me to rephrase: Have you or your party ever fought a "good" guy, or a guy with good intentions? And what happened, in the end, to him/her? Did you kill him/her?

Yes. Sometimes "good" people are blinded by their faith or ideals and don't get the big picture. Or sometimes they just don't want me taking their things. That hasn't happened in a while. I like to think it's because I'm better at sneaking or talking my way out of fights...

That, and Seelah and Seoni's been keeping an eye on her...

What is your relationship with the ninja?

Do you have a nickname for your weapons?

lucky7 wrote:

I actually haven't had much opportunities to hang out with her yet, but she seems... Fun!

Nope; I don't nickname my weapons. That's kinda creepy, isn't it?

Also I keep forgetting them when I do name them.

Liberty's Edge

Oh come on! I have a warhammer named Smacky.

What aspect of stealth do you enjoy the most?

What was the worst way you screwed up? For example, you may have broken stealth and alerted the cave-dwelling dragon when a bat tried to suck your blood or bite out your eyes or give you rabies.

Oh, and fun fact: Vampire bats give anesthetic in their bites, so it is entirely possible for them to suck your blood when you're awake. And although they only suck about a 1/2 spoonful of blood, imagine hundreds of bats on your body biting you and draining you to death when you sleep, and you don't wake up because you don't feel anything...

Sweet dreams!

Westbrook, that's just evil! I doubt even Seltyiel would go that far (more because he seems the type to be a bit classier about it) - you just dropped right into Alain territory.

Meri - how much would you be willing to pay for a potion that temporarily made your blood poisonous to blood-consuming creatures like vampire bats?

lucky7 wrote:

The one where it lets me sneak in and grab treasure or peek at things without getting caught.

still fainted

*Throws cold water on Meris*

Are you ok?

Westbrock lied...that is not true. Besides you would wake feeling them crawl all over you...just the weight alone would do that.

Also...how about chaning stabs to pierce or prick or stick or gash or puncture or run through or impale or penetrate or lance or plunge or thrust? (side note: Thesaurus are cool)

I think Westbrook needs a mouthful of those peppers and about half your knives at this point. Although that might be a waste of good peppers.

Did you go to the opera? Maybe you should go to another to take your mind off the horror.
