Do Ezren and Quinn get along well? They would at least develop a sense of cane-raderie. If not them, how about Amiri and Crowe? They also have similar backgrounds, being exiles from their respective tribes.

On a cosmically larger note, if you were given the chance to give a god or specific pantheon the stab, who would it be?

Oh, and have there ever been any quarrels between the magic using teammates over who's form of magic is better, or is that brought up by people that are outside of the circle? Unequal rites and all that?

If you were to ever take on a prestige class, just what prestige class would it be?

Really? I only meant who of the iconics is best at talking to them, comforting and teaching them and such things, you know, objectively nice stuff. :(

What take from this whole thing however is that none of the iconics have any family plans for the foreseeable future. Is that correct?

To another topic:
Have you ever had an underwater adventures and did you enjoy it? (That is not a euphemism for sex... unless you want it to be, but that is not what I'd like to know)
If you had an underwater adventure, what were the main problems you had and what were the most fun/interesting parts?

I have no idea. I don't talk to them about kids. Yoon, I guess, cause she's still a kid herself.

Adventurers don't really mix well with family life. In fact, in my experience, its the people who don't have families or lost families who gravitate toward this dangerous job in the first place. If you have a comfortable happy family, you don't really have a reason to go out into the woods and climb into a cave to possibly be eaten by morlocks.

Underwater adventures are fu, in part because watching others deal with the fact that their non-stabby weapons don't work as well kinda amuses me. My main problem I had was the fact that water tends to kill you if you breathe it.

They're old humans and are probably gonna die soon, so I hope they get along well. They don't have enough time to waste being jerks to each other. I don't really keep track of all their personal relationships though, so you'd have to ask them for details.

Asmodeus.

Not to my knowledge. Magic's kinda a boring topic though, so...

Unchained, obviously, because they're stabbier.

Meri, do you think someone can steal a planet? Or at least misplace it?

Alain's ego

Hello my fellow stab-enthusiast.

It is I, a Slayer and I have a question pertaining this whole "placating the cleric"-thing.

So recently I have acquired this kickass sword that found itself seperated from its previous owner, who may or may not have been one of those goose-stepping 'muh law & order' hellknight douche canoes.

Anyway, it allows for great stabbing, seeing as when you stab it into the ground it spews up fire. Like, holy s%!* a lot of it. Just need to be a little light on the feet so it wont hurt you most of the time. When I did that the cleric was screaming incoherently along the lines of "where did you get that!?" and "somethingsomething not just fire".

Of course I had the thing checked for would-be bad mojo but noooo,, wizards and clerics get to set half the world ablaze but when vaguely normal people get something that gets a party going, fun is suddenly off-limits.

Also, I haven't really been introduced, new around here so to say, but what's an Alain?

If you're using the phrase "placating the cleric" you're already doing it wrong and might be too far gone to bother with as part of a tight-knit group. Sounds like you'd get along well with Alain, though. Have fun with him.

*sees the term has harsher meaning than its literal translation*

It's fine, really, I like my group. They like me, even the cleric, she just doesn't approve of some life -or as it seems now, equipment- choices of mine. But imagine running in a party with one Seelah and two Ezrens, one of which has a bat familiar.

It's basically "We do spells GSR do everything."

*checks up on things*

Alain sounds like the guy I stabbed and took the sword of, swapping "subordination" and "oppression" for more Alain.

Well, you know what they say, everyone has a good side. He's... good with horses I guess?

I know that they are often flat-out wrong. Not everyone has a good side.

In the Strategy Guide on page 94, you and Alain are looking into a treasure chest surrounded by the skeletal remains of sailors (likely pirates). The chest's content is bright and shiny despite it being otherwise gloomy.

What was inside the chest that it glowed so and might it have belong to a man named Marsellus Wallace? What was so beautiful that it left you openmouthed and speechless (other than Kyra in her birth suit) and made Alain grin like a fool (more than usual)? What left you so in awe?

Oh mistress of knives, what is the most bizarre thing you have ever stabbed?

If, for whatever reason, if you and Kyra were trapped on This Side of the interface, what would be the first thing that you did for fun, after getting all the necessities (disguises, learning the language somehow, integrating into the culture, procuring money, learning how long you'll have to stay) done?

Interface? What are you even talking about?

What do you think about the Biblioteca Joanina in Portugal in our world keeping a colony of (very small) bats in their building?

I think I just figured out a way to avoid "The Talk"! Kyra is a mythic cleric, right? One of the path abilities is called "Longevity", which prevents the negative effects of aging- including death by old age! Now all you need to do is become mythic yourself so "The Talk" doesn't flip on you!

Also, is there an opposite to the Nightmare Realm, like a "Daydream Realm", that you have visited yet? What do you think it would be like for you and Kyra? I'm betting less crustacean crap/vampiric terrors. Also, your dream!selves would hopefully be happily married.

Obviously I think that's nasty.

Kyra's certainly mythic in my eyes. But not always mythic in the various often conflicting stories all you people tell about us!

I have no idea if there's a Daydream Realm but I kinda hope there is.

There's a rather substantial danger in asking Merisel for her solutions to problems.

Merisiel, my ten year old son adores you. I don't let him read the forums because there's lots that's not appropriate for him, but do you have a message for him?

You are. I'm talking about my life, which as far as it appears from where I'm sitting, is not fanfic at all. In fact... what I hear about things from YOUR side of this whole thing is the fanfic.

Is it true you are nicknamed "Meri Beri"? Can you elucidate on how you received that nickname?

How about arena combat? Ever tried your hand there?

If so how was it, and would you do it again?

Fair Merisiel, greatest of all thieves and bestest of all stealth warriors.

Please answer me this question, I simply must know. Do you sleep or do you enter some kind of trance (essentially a state of waking dream)?

I sleep. Like all other people do. This "trance" think is some sort of weirdo fiction some of you on that side think elves do. It's weird.

That awkward moment when you get affected by a sleep spell and you realize that you might have been living a lie and may not be an elf at all... changeling problems.

From someone who has been raised by elves but doesn't fully understands them to an elf who has spent most her life among humans:

What feels more awkward to you when dealing with other elves? Is there something about them or their culture that you think you'd never be able to understand?

Also, have you ever used being an elf as an excuse to do whatever you want? Like faking that you don't know some human manners because you are not human but being perfectly aware of them? (Just asking because I know an undine who does it aaaaaall the time.)

Weird... I knew an elf once who got by just fine "trancing." Maybe he was so convinced it worked that it just did? Weird... nice guy though.

What's the most knives you've ever had to throw at a single target, and what was that target?

Some (not NEARLY all, thankfully) get weird when you are in a relationship with a human. That.

And no, I've not used being an elf as an excuse. That sounds lazy.
