I think that RAW might indicate A, but I am not quite sure, the wording seems vague.
The revelation does not state that these rounds are nonconsecutive. Generally anything giving rounds per day that do not have to be consecutive state so more explicitly (such as Bardic Performance being used as rounds per day, rather than a usage that remains up to however many rounds).
Energy Body wrote:
You may return to your normal form as a free action. You may remain in energy body form for a number of rounds per day equal to your oracle level.
It says you may REMAIN in this form for those rounds, not you may use up to those many rounds per day.
This reads as a once per day ability that lasts up to rounds per day equal to your Oracle level.
It seems that you can use it twice per day with the appropriate Ring of Revelation, for up to your Oracle level in duration each use. It seems like it's interpretation D that is the case here.
