Absolutely. According to the list of PFS Additional Resources the rules on the Ultimate Magic playtest says:
Additional Resources wrote:
As of 9/20/10, the Magus base class is legal for play. Please note that we reserve the right to change the class at any time during the playtest (defined for Pathfinder Society Organized Play as any time between 9/20/10 and the release of the final book) and that you must update your magus to current rules if/when the rules are updated. You must also keep a close eye on the Ultimate Magic playtest messageboards to be aware of changes and you must bring a printed copy of the playtest with you to any session where you play your magus.
Of course, Ultimate Magic will be released next month (fingers crossed), thus you'll have to update your Magus to comply with the final version of the rules right away!

Provided it follows the other rules for character creation, yes. Of course, it will probably have to be updated as soon as Ultimate Magic comes out.
You can always find out what is legal for play at the Resources Page.
EDIT: Curses! Ninjaed by a goblin!!

I was just curious, now that some of the final magus has been previewed, do we use the new spellstrike/spell recall/improved spell recall or stick with the playtest versions until the book comes out?
