Hook Mountain: How many Black Arrows were at Rannick?

Just looked through the whole adventure trying to find out what the initial troop complement of Fort Rannick was.

No Joy.

I'm thinking in the 35 to 50 range with 8-12 comprising the long range patrol that the survivors were in.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

I think I remember someone had calculated that a while back and came up with roughly the lower of those numbers. I recall that they had asked for but not received reinforcements from Magnimar. Say room for ~50 rangers but they had losses from atrition that had not been replaced.
