How to Change your Faction?

So I'm trying to get back into Pathfinder Society play and i wanted to change my Faction from Quadira to Andoran..... but i cant seem to find a way to change my only characters' Faction. Is it permanent? I cant change it even though I'm only a level 2 character?

Currently you Can't

But when Season 3 Starts there will be 5 new Factions, and I think it was mentioned there will be rules to changing your faction at that time. That said I no detail on those rules, and it may be you can only change your faction to one of the new factions.

Right now your options are to stick with Qadira or start a new PC in Andoran. When Season 3 starts in August, there will be mechanics to change your faction, but we haven't revealed what those are yet.
