Spell Focus and Greater Spell Focus

Liberty's Edge

I am making a Gnome Illusionist for society play and I have a feat question. According to the organized play guide wizards get Spell Focus instead of Scribe Spell. So, since I get Spell Focus automatically then can I take Greater Spell Focus as one of my first level feats? It doesn't sound right but I'm not sure why.

There is no level requirement for GSF. Even if you didn't get SF for free as a wizard, if you were human you'd have a bonus feat and could stack them on one another at 1st level as well.

Just fine.

Trick them into doing your evil gnome bidding...whatever it is that you gnomes do besides making funny faces and going 'Rawr!'
