Over the next few months PFS will be running in Ontario at:

TAG/ARRG Game Day, Ryerson University, Toronto, Nov 12th
STRDEXCON, University of Western Ontario, London, Jan 27th-29th
Game Summit, Ottawa, Feb 17th-19th
Spellstorm, Toronto, Feb 24th-26th
GryphCon, University of Guelph, Guelph, March 2nd-4th
CanGames, Ottawa, May 18th-20th
More to come, I'm sure.
EDIT: I also had Phantasm, Peterborough in September, which I don't remember being on the list.

Can some people tell me if the link at the top is still working? When I click it at work it takes me to a dead end, and then have to go through my google docs to find it.

Got those updated for you. What wasn't updated on them is their website links and who their best point of contact, and the POC email. I assume you, but I don't like assuming.

Worked fine for me just now. I am using Firefox 3.6.23

Thanks.
That's fine for now. I will update when I get some free time at home. I think I might have some in December :P

Added Al Rigg to the editor list. Is there anyone else out there that needs permission (That is a VC or VL)?
Actually I am coordinating MACE PFS and we have 20 tables. Steve has other obligations and couldn't make it but hopefully he'll be at the next one. Joe the VL and I will be there and I have some cool Paizo and SCARAB Swag to give away and some great boons as well.
Looks like we have over 100 tables of PFS at SCARAB in January so far. Check us out in Columbia, just down the road from MACE.
First of all, this is a work in progress. If you do see that I'm missing convention, make a post and I'll do my best to make sure it gets added. If you see a way I can make it better let me know. Oh, if you know of a con, and have a direct link. Please provide it.
FYI the only editors of this list I intend to add are Venture-Captains and related Paizo staff that are interested.

I would like to add Genericon to the list.
It is the first weekend in March.

You can have me as the POC or let me change it. I think I can't get in because I changed my email for PFS to captialregionvc@gmail.com
Thanks,

Phoenix Comicon 2012, May 24-27. Guess where. Not huge PFS, but allot of fun. We will have 7 slots 2-3 tables each. This is a big convention otherwise, if you want to check the website and guest list, many sci fi A listers. Check the event calander. Or email me at the VC email.

I'd like to make certain that GeekOut (formerly known as Fanaticon) will be held from May 11-12 here in lovely springtime Asheville, NC. You can see the event listing here or here.
I'll be coordinating MACE (which has moved from High Point, NC to Charlotte, NC this year 2012) again this Fall and have permission for 28-35 tables of PFS.
SCARAB (Columbia, SC) is still on track to have over 100 tables of PFS in January. We have received thousands of dollars in prize support for this event already.
We also have a brand spanking new Venture-Captain - Mike Seales (Grolloc here on the boards).
PlayonCon, which Rick Middlebrooks mentioned up there, appears to already be on the list. Rick organized for us this past year. It's usually in late Summer.
The second con is Alabama Phoenix Festival - held May 24-26, 2013. Folks can contact either Mike Seales or myself for information on that one.
We also run weekly games at three stores in the Birmingham area. Excelsior (2-3 tables on Friday nights)
Mad Doctor (2-3 tables on Wednesday nights)
Bud's Place (2-3 tables on 2nd Saturdays)
Excelsior (again) (2-3 tables on 3rd Sundays)
Anybody who is curious can contact either me at zandari02@gmail.com or Mike Seales, our Venture-Captain.

MAG CON is a fundraiser for The Learning Center campus in New Caney ISD. All proceeds from this gaming convention go to support the The Learning Center and its educational mission. The Learning Center deals with many students that are considered "at risk". The programs mission is to provide an educational environment that helps provide opportunities for these students to refocus their attitudes and academics. This is achieved by fostering positive teacher-student relationships and helping students realize their own potential.

Please add Bubonicon (www.bubonicon.com) to the list.
Also, please add Battle in the Bosque (I have joined convention staff for next year and will provide a website when I have created it). Battle in the Bosque happened November 2-4, 2012, here in Albuquerque, NM, and we expect next year to happen around the same weekend.

You can add www.spellstorm.ca as the web address for Toronto's Spellstorm convention.
Also, there will be an ARRG (Association of Ryerson Roleplayers and Gamers) Game Day occurring in Toronto sometime in January. We should have two slots of 3-4 tables running that day, depending on interest. The website is www.arrg.net and you can list me (Michael Iantorno) as the coordinator. I can be reached at michael(dot)iantorno(at)gmail(dot)com.

Every VC and VL should have access to this list. If you are a VC or a VL without access. PM me for it, and I'll get you added in. It's inevitable that I've missed one or two of us.
If you see a con missing, post it here, and also PM your VC/VL to have them place it. This is too big of a project for one man.
