Not sure how much PFS will be going on there as of now. Perhaps between all of us playing in the area we can organize something.

First of all, this is a work in progress. If you do see that I'm missing convention, make a post and I'll do my best to make sure it gets added. If you see a way I can make it better let me know. Oh, if you know of a con, and have a direct link. Please provide it.

FYI the only editors of this list I intend to add are Venture-Captains and related Paizo staff that are interested.

Hey Thorn (or anyone else),

What does B.I. stand for, in the spreadsheet?

I suspect that is the "Battle Interactive" or Special.

I cannot access it right now, does that make sense?

Uh, not really. Are the "Specials" of which there's only one available at present, generally known as "Battle Interactives"? I've never heard of that specific term before and I don't think my VC has either. Perhaps using Paizo's descriptors would be better? There are Specials and there are Exclusives at present. I'd suggest changing from "B.I." to a couple of columns indicating whether Specials or Exclusives will be offered. Just my two cents.

It was VC Mark Garringer's idea. Wasn't familiar with it myself, but figured he was more in tune with the PFS scene than I.

Grand Lodge 3/5

Battle Interactive is a term from other OP campaigns. The Specials are the closest PFS equivalent. Or so I've been told.

Lantern Lodge 4/5

I'm familiar with the term "Battle Interactive" from Living Greyhawk years. The Year of the Shadow Lodge special would be a Pathfinder example of a Battle Interactive - a multi-table Special. Though I had no idea what "B.I." was on the spreadsheet column, until I read "Battle Interactive" in this thread. I agree "Special" would be a better heading.

Cheers,
DarkWhite

It's not a convention per se, but should Free RPG Day be added to the list, given that Paizo is supporting it? It's Saturday June 18th and is a world-wide store event.

Liberty's Edge * Venture-Agent, North Carolina—Raleigh

I'm not the coordinator, but through warhorn.net (which you guys might want to scour to find yet more conventions) I found:

August, Guns of August, USA, Virginia, Williamsburg,

http://www.odms-club.com/convention/index.html

(Click on Roleplaying Games on the left-nav, then there's a link towards the bottom of the main text to register, and that takes you to the warhorn site where 5 PFS mods are available across Aug 12-13)

The GoA site says that this is the FIRST YEAR this (normally) pure wargame convention is running RPG events of any kind.

I don't know if I'll be able to go there just yet, but I suggest anyone within driving distance of Williamsburg, VA consider going to help make the case to have a lot more mods/tables the next year.

and

Winter War

27-29 January 2012

You can list me as the coordinator for both so there is a point of contact for PFS. I am working with the regional gaming group, CIRCA (Central Illinois Roleplaying Combatants Alliance) to organize both events.

Also, remember to update PaizoCon & GenCon with Mike Brock listed as the organizer.

Also, there have been some name changes and additions, if you are a new VC not able to edit this list, please let me know and I will get you added. The goal is for you to manage your own cons on the list, so I don't have to constantly babysit it. Which has for the most part worked so far I think.

I don't believe these changes from Sept-15 made it in yet.

Well there's KC Game Fair next month. Which after a quick look is offering PFS again this year after a year's hiatus. I'll be on site there, though I must admit my main reason for going is another campaign (A mod I'm writing should be premeiring there).

@Darius. I appreciate the extra info, but we don't list what's offered, just that it's there. We leave it to the individual to dig out that kind of info. Just who, what, where, and when essentially is all I'm looking for.
