30 scenarios a year?

I read in the promotional guide for promoting your own events that about 30 scenarios a year are released. Then going to the purchase area for them I am seeing about 71 total. Is 30 a year a realistic figure in the present or is it basically a wishful figure? I know that PFS is fairly young and still growing but I just want to make sure.

Thanks :)

Season 0 and Season 1 had 28 scenarios each, season 2 has 24 scenarios published or announced so far. So the estimate of around 30 scenarios per year seems quite correct.

And if you include specials like 'Year of the Shadowlodge' you'll get even closer to that 30.

And then there's sanctioned modules and 4 star GM scenarios too.

Some Season 0 modules have been retired as well.

2/month x 12 months

+4 more for the summer Con season = 28, which is marketing speak is 'about 30.' Include Year of the Shadow Lodge last season and that's 29. Include the 4 Star Special and Gen Con special this year and you should get 30.

As mentioned by Starglim a fair chunk of Season 0 (published under 3.5 rules) have been retired.

For the reasons Mark stated, 30 is a reasonable number. Unfortunately a lot of season 0 stuff was retired, which meant we lost out on a not insignificant number of low-level (1-5 and 1-7) modules.
