Any chance that evil alignments will ever be allowed?

Negative.

I hope not. Characters of evil alignment are very difficult to play and have a fun table for everyone if they are actually played as evil. In a home campaign, if you wanted to run an evil party you might be able to pull it off but I've found that even that is difficult. In something like PFS, you would have way too much PVP type stuff.

I hope not, unless you want pvp and strife. Evil characters in home games inevitably always end in bloodshed.

As was said by other posters: It's not gonna happen.

I personally do not believe that most players know how to play evil. They play either Lawful d**k, Neutral Jerk or Chaotic Stupid. I've yet to see a single player play a "good" evil character (I include myself in there), at least for long period of time without simply turning into a D**k.

That said, I have seen (and played) some pretty twisted people in PFS. Locally, I have started a trend of worshipers of Rovagug the Destroyer! (IA! ROVAGUG!) who refuse any help from the Sarenraeites... There are also quite a few Asmodeans. All of which are played with much gusto, walking the razor's edge between neutral and the evil they must promote.

No evil alignment is not a limitation, it fall under the "don't be a jerk" rule!

As a player of a paladin, there is a fine line between Lawful Stoopid and Chaotic Stoopid. :-)

Really? I play them too... and I've never played them LS.

I personally believe that Lawful characters are more rewarding to play than Chaotic Ones. However, for it to be so, one needs to be put in situations where your code of ethics is challenged... (it is getting more and more there in PFS).
