Off the top of my head, I know a Rod of Wonder can reduce the user 2 size categories for one day.
Not really much use if your trying to affect your entire party, unless it was part of some horrific magical backlash from a faulty experiment being performed by a half-crazed alchemist.

Augmented reduction from Psionics Unleased/XPH but that's self only.
There was a Goodman Games adventure (This one I think) that had an augmented Enlarge/Reduce person spell.

Various polymorph spells might qualify (e.g. Beast Shape III for a Medium sized creature).

Otherwise, create a new higher-level version of reduce person which reduces by 2 size categories. Make it available to any casters in your party of appropriate class and level, after you've sprung it on them.
