Been loving the hell out ultimage magic so far... in between bouts of finally playing Mass Effect two and hoping that the PSN would come back up (wish granted yesterday evening!)

Any of you read through it yet? Really digging the Qiggong monk (know I spelled that wrong) and the Synthesist.

*sigh* No, have to wait for the pdf on Wednesday 'cause I'm poor. But you go ahead and relish in its glory. Don't mind me.
Aww I'm sorry.... anything you'd like to know about?
yes.

Crimson, for the hundredth time, I don't know Jess Door's measurements, and if I did I wouldn't tell you!

Anything specific from Ultimate Magic?

But what if Jess Doors measurements are in ultimate magic?

Has anyone here read The Deed of Paksenarrion trilogy by Elizabeth Moon?

Bummer dude. I hate when shit like that happens. It's not like those douchebag airlines are going to offer any kind of compensation for screwing up.

Yup. It's perfectly fine, and a pretty good D&D world to boot.

I am not sure why that would cause me to want to purchase. I mean if I want to know so bad I will just ask Jess.

I was imagining ice-cream sandwiched between two slices of pecan pie... but a shortbread cookie is cool.

How are you doing?

Arrrgggghhhh!!! The Copy of the Deathnote Anime that Netflix has on instant view is subtitled, not dubbed. But I do not want to READ my anime.

Treppa wrote:

Instant custard mix - mostly cornstarch, you add milk and sugar to make something like custard.

Never heard of it before.

It was Moon's best work. It's the story of a sheepfarmer's daughter who eventually becomes a paladin after facing the machinations of evil gods who tried to break and corrupt her. They very nearly succeeded. The paladins in this series are actually cool.

My parents used this option on me, but compulsory therapy isn't likely to be productive IMHO.

Therapy is only good for those willing participants, who want help. Until she does, or sees the reasons for it, it will do no good. But going, oh yes she can be brought to the watering hole. Just cant force feed her the water.

I am also pretty stubborn, and I am not a big fan of being forced to do things. If she feels safe with the therapist she might open up, but I wouldn't be too optimistic.

+1. And it kept me from getting help when I needed it later in life because I developed a deep distrust of psychologists.

Hi all. Things not going so well.

We got some estimates, and we just don't think we can afford it. I think we are calling off the move.

looks in for the first time in a couple of weeks

Hey, FAWTLies. How goes?

I've been drowning in work lately and have had no time for catching up here.

But we did have our first PFRPG game Saturday, and it was *amazing!* My character kicks butt. Okay, I wanted her to be a damage machine, especially against evil beings, but even our DM was taken aback by the sheer carnage she unleashed on the big daemon we fought. :) After playing moody, complicated, magicky types, it's fun to let loose with a character who mostly just whomps on things with a big pointy stick.

Sorry to hear that. What are you guys gonna do now? Or are you still figuring that out? Either way, good luck and I hope that things work out for the best.
