Nekkid w/ dinner??? Why not

Liberty's Edge

Never seen it, but I've heard good things - must get around to watching it one day.

Speaking of Cube up-thread, that is a great movie.

Could use some good thoughts and maybe a couple prayers. Keeping our hand closer yo our chests at the moment, but if this goes like I'd like it too things could really work out for us.

Suit yourself. Moar bakunyū pictures for me.

Surely there are plenty of such pictures available without going through facebook?

There's never enough. Therefore, more are collected and scrutinized when accessing closed systems in addition to the open ones.

Never enough bakunyū. NEVER ENOUGH.

Of course, now that we've left the house (and the Sudafed I had there) I'm starting to feel a bit congested, but that may just be from pollen and stuff. I'm not super allergic, but I think I've developed a slight something or other since I've been up here.

I'm beginning to come down with something and I had to scurry to the pharmacy after I mailed out my contribution to the IRS to go toward the Colombian Entertainment Expense Account.

I'm not sure if it had to be surrounded by someone germy after seeing 4 concerts in 5 days or I touched the wrong cart at Walmart.

I don't have time to be sick. I have to be awesome.

Seconded. Unless there is some type of "Women of Fawlty 2012-2013" calendar that can only be found on facebook, I stand by my choice.

No, but there might be a Women of Fawtly.

I get sick pretty much every time I let my boy feed me a cheerio. Who'd a thunk all those times mom told me "don't put that in your mouth, you don't know where it's been" she was telling the truth.

Scarab Sages

stoopid cheerios.

Liberty's Edge

My daughter (1 year, five months) has decided that she doesn’t want us to wipe her nose, mouth or hands, she wants to do it herself ... and then after she has done it, she wipes down the table with the same cloth, towel or tissue, then wipes her mouth and nose again, THEN tries to wipe my (or the wifes) mouth and nose with it ...

... so yeah, getting sick pretty often is par for the course.

Scarab Sages

damn kids.

My eyes sting. That is all you need to know for the night.

loved that movie. Big silent Hill fan.
I thought it was very well done. One of the few scary movies that didn't rely on cat scares.

I saw this in the theatre not to long past opening night. EVERYONE in the theatre was expecting cat scares at the end to the point that noone was annoyed by the guy heckling trying to scare us all. The ending was something of a disappointment..but it's one of my favorite movies.

You know, I was expecting Moorluck to come in saying that dinner was being served off of you, which sounds incredibly hot in more ways that one....ow.

Some lovely twitter take-thats against the English Defence League (British xenophobes) inspired by their co-founder's creation of the #creepingsharia hashtag.

I particularly like "The weather in Britain is always either Sunni or Shi'ite."

Some people should be wary of what they post on an open site. Especially if they are a game designer. Sometimes it isn't so much what one says, but rather how it is said.

How is everybody? Seems A couple of new threads opened up that I shall have to hide. Oh well.

Work has been long. There was a fire tonight. Really, really minor. But the fire department was called and we all had to vacate for all of 5 minutes so that they could ensure our safety.

It was nice out. I hear though that tomorrow will be more storms. Sigh.

I am so not looking forward to that.

Liberty's Edge

Slept through two of my three classes today. My job keeps trying to get me to skip school to come to work. Wonderful.

Watched `The Hunger Games`. And I kinda liked it. It was almost like the decline of the roman empire set in the US with some really sad scenes. I mean what can you expect from a movie about kids killing each other for peoples entertainment.

Since I know less than nothing about the books, this tells me more than I want to know about the movie. I think I will wait until it is out for $1 rental.

On a side note, tomorrow is new comic book day. I might just force myself out of my self imposed exile to go check it out.

Good morning FAWTLY Folk. Happy Wednesday! Slept like s@!$ last night, with half my nose all clogged. Stoopid past expiration day nasal spray.

Charlie slept great and was in a good mood until we dropped him off at daycare. Then he got a little whiny. Think that whole separation anxiety thing might be kicking in.

I was going to supply an aaaargh of my own, as it seems I've painted myself into a corner, but I'm trying to remember that I have options to explore...
