Hi, all. What did I miss?

Good day today. Nothing specific, just good :)

Don't you talk that way about my baby boy! Just because some of his parts have independent lives, and he wrongfully unfriends people on FB, is no reason to call Momma's little snoogums a LIE!!!

Still need the well-wishes/positive waves on the job opportunity. It makes me nervous.

I would more say cosmo is a theory.

Plus more waves, but the kind that add rather than cancel.

I'm going to start making a counter thread to all the pali threads, but replace pali with Moorluck.

That also has the added advantage of making OTD more interesting.

Do I need to come to LA to wish you well in person? Well, I will. Tuesday to be precise. So there. Good luck. Warm up the beaches for me.

Hmmm... {consults Poor Grognard's Almanac}

Apparently -- pre-3rd Edition anyway -- Cosmo was formally known as the Chaotic Customer Servant of Seven Parts. The sages, Ross the Mad and Vic the Only-Slightly-Disturbed, discovered Mayan prophecies foretelling that reconstituting all seven parts will usher in a New Age of Darkness for all gamerkind. Six of those constituent components were scattered to remote corners of TimeCube Golarion by Lisa the Bold, One-Eyed Erik, and Jason "The Ol' Janx Spirit"... and hidden with deadly traps devised by the lethally-cunning Postmonster. The remaining part was shackled to an obsidian slab in Paizo headquarters where it could be watched.

But even now, in the guise of "helping Paizo customers," the remaining Cosmo piece whispers subliminal compulsions and maddening secrets to hapless callers...

What are you coming this way for? It's been chilly, but I'll work on those beaches.

And thanks for the well wishes!

{splashes karma pool to make bigger positive waves, for both CH and Badgah alike}

No prob. Be confident. But not too confident. Add a little excitement. They like that.

Business. Scope some real estate. Just for a couple of days tho.

I'm tempted to make a ALIGNMENTS ARE FUN LEAVE THEM ALONE thread. What, I know I'm not the only person who likes alignment when the game has kept them this long.

Did I come off as too enthusiastic in PIE? I did, didn't I?

DO IT.

I think that Seattle and Syracuse have swapped places for the winter.

Seattle: major snowfall over the past week.

Syracuse: four inches of snow all winter, currently pouring rain.

Can anyone get me a Latin translation of the following phrase:

"The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing."

I'd do it myself, but I'm a f@!!ing idiot.

By the way, I just googled ‘Milani’ to make sure I had my facts right (couldn’t really remember the details on her) ... You get some very interesting (and borderline NSFW) images come up on a google search of that name ...

I oogled her too. Definitely got wood. I almost lost one of my fluency in three languages when I was branching through the gallery.
And yet, no one is interested in finding out who Katie McGrath is? Shame.

She's a witch!

A very attractive one, but she doesn't have the assets of Ms Milani.

If I’m interpreting CJ correctly he was hoping that people who lurk but never post to this thread would favourite his post – everyone who has favourited it so far does post here to some degree or another.

Hold fast to dreams
For if dreams die
Life is a broken-winged bird
That cannot fly.

the painted jester lightly leaps
with windswept grace and furrowed brow
for the greedy king who eats
and silently wonders how.

Both robb'd of air,
we both lie in one ground
Both whom one fire had burnt,
one water drown'd.

To see a World in a grain of sand
And a Heaven in a wild flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour.

I'll have what you're smokin', doob.

Not bad here, LPM.

Shortly after posting I went to the couch to watch the UK game and fell asleep. Now, I'm wide awake after waking up at two in the morning but have to get up in three and a half hours. Uggh, back to bed.

Later guys.
