With all these changes, I feel like maybe I should just finish out my twelve years and be a civilian again.

The only thing I'd really want from a military retirement is the guaranteed health care.

Things just look insurmountable from here.

I'm doing all I can, but it's certainly a bad time for career advancement.

I've got six years experience in warehousing and shipping, with forklift expertise and hazardous material transportation. I'm about six courses away from an associates in network administration, with roughly two years experience in helpdesk and network operation center work. Figure I'll get out and at least get a bachelors in computer science, if not a masters. UT or Texas A&M are the options I'm looking at.
