Start your computer is safe mode, make sure your anti virus is up to date and run a full system scan. While it is doing this walk away and leave it alone. Less stress that way as it could be an hour for the scan depending on the computer and virus.

Good Morning FaWtLys! I am excited. I found a new job that allows me to stay in the Houston area and it is a great opportunity. It's been a stressful few weeks, but now that it has been announced at work, I feel like a great load has been lifted off of me.
In the "it's a small world" category, I will now be working only 10 minutes from AZ's brother who is also a player in my Rise of the Runelord's campaign. Wolfthulhu plays in that game as well.
Since I have a lot of projects to wrap up, I gave my current employer about 4 weeks notice so I don't start my new job until February 6th. Grrr!

I never did manage to turn on safe mode, but my crappy timing and multiple attempts at restarting my system were apparently just what my real anti-virus software needed to catch all the bits and pieces of this nasty program. Because sometimes dumb luck works too. :)
I guess I'm in the minority when it comes to my wanting to raise the drinking age. I'm thinking 25, or even 30 sounds about right considering how many 21 year old college d-bags don't know how to act when they get a couple in them.I'm for lowering the drinking age. Maybe it's just me and my particular wing of my people, but it takes time for one's body to acclimate to what alcohol does to it. Then again, there are some people/peoples who will NEVER get used to it. It's such a weird issue.Age ruls in Germany:
16 - buy beer, wine and everything else under 10%
18 - drive a car, vote, buy cigarettes and hard liquoer
21 - treated as adult before a court of law
18 - for military service?

I'm sorry, Kelsey. It's an ugly inevitably in this game of ours, that some people turn it into a one up /backstabbing session. Lord knows this happened with my old wod group. A break /vacation is best.You know what I love? Pathfinder. You know what I want to play? Pathfinder. You know what I have never played? Pathfinder. You know what I have played? The "How badly can we f~%* each other over while pretending to be friends when in fact we really hate each other and are completely incapable of working together." Role Playing Game. In the past couple days, I've had 4 different characters die as a result of party betrayal, spent significant game time screaming profanity at my fellow gamers, spent more significant game time having profanity shouted back at me, and hatched numerous revenge plots. It's not so much as fun fantasy escapism as it is a "f*!& you all" bullying fest, and it's pretty much the whole of my RPG experience. I know I should stop playing. I really do. However, I like the idea of the game too much to do that, so I always march onto the battlefield with head held high and hope of a fun game in my head, despite knowing full well things are going to be emotionally excruciating. So, yea. It's a really s*~+ty morning.

I've sort of adopted the Texans now that I am living here plus there is the added incentive that they are playing the traitorous Ravens (formerly the original Cleveland Browns) and I always root against them.Good Morning AZ and any lurking FAWTLys. Contrary to popular opinion, football is not over yet. The Texans play today. I'll be bagging up the last of the leaves that fell over Christmas while listening to the game.Go Texans! Although they're gonna have a tough game against Baltimore. But whichever of those teams win, I hope they kick the living s$#~ out the the Pats.

Yankee= Someone born above the Mason Dixon who has moved to the South with the sole purpose of pissing and moaning about how much better the North is, and overall pissing us off.
Ouch.

Got hit on by a flamboyantly gay man in a fast-food restaurant today. I'm not sure if I should be flattered by the fact that he chose me over everyone else in KFC, or offended that he did it so clumsily.
