Freehold and NH - how much would you be willing to pay to watch that? Rest of FATWL, any takers?

I'm afraid I'm not a big "watcher".

I'd settle for, "Re-shoot Aragorn to restore him to his original badassery, get rid of all the weepy music, especially get rid of the dwarf crowd-diving at Helm's Deep, and in general if a scene wasn't in the book, take it out of the movie. You're not a good enough writer to be adding stuff.

You forgot Legolas surfing on a f@#%ing shield.

Me it'll depend on character. If the character is good aligned she'll act like a puppy and all eager to get along with whatever needs doing. If that character is neutrally aligned then well its all the mercenary angle.

Also my casters are female and my martial classes are male. Don't ask me why I function that way, I just do. These days I prefer to play female characters then male characters because I'm not a guy so I'm not sure if I'm RPing them right.

Honestly, same. I will occasionally play a male character, but I don't usually enjoy it as much. I end up second guessing my character's thought processes too much.

Hey, NH, I'm remembering right that you have an Instant Pot right? I've been thinking about getting one, but I have many years of bad experiences with crock pots (Same recipe: crockpot version is flavorless mush; ingredients thrown in cast iron pot and slow cooked in the oven for hours, utterly amazing) and I've heard a few horror stories about cleaning dinner off the ceiling that have me feeling a bit uncertain about it. I'm big on putting in the least amount of effort possible to get really good food, so that is also a factor. In your opinion, good idea or bad idea to get one?

But...but...but...legolas surfing the shield was da coolest scene ever!

And I mooned over him in high school over that scene...

Conclusion: It takes all kinds of people and kitty cats to make the world.

What about forcing a small flying creature about 1/3 of his size to carry him across a ravine? I think really most of the credit their goes to the flyer that is some work.

I can't recommend pressure cookers because one of my aunts used them, and yeah technology wasn't what it is now, there were explosions. We've eschewed pressure cookers ever since.

Besides my family tends to be rather old school when it comes to cooking and I still can't wrap my head around using an induction cooker for frying instead of a gas stove. Hot pot, fine, it works and it's faster and there's no difference in taste.

It is in fact surprisingly easy to make a pressure cooker explode.

I didn't see a to hit roll so i'm gonna assume you missed! and I'm gonna need a bluff check on that false claim of you not being bald!

*throws a different tomato at Vidmaster*

*Attack roll: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8*

And I'm not bald. No Bluff check needed.

Now you just have to learn to use the dice roller appropriately

1 Mort, 2 Vidmaster: 1d2 ⇒ 2

I think the whole place is considered as DT and requires reflex saves not to end up prone due to tomatoes EVERYWHERE!

BTW, that's my GM alias.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

well hold on now I think to properly determine who was hit we have to do some coding now J is an even letter while V is a odd now since it was the second attack that hit and we already established J was even and 2 is even obviously he was aiming at the one of us whose name starts with a J.
