I am very familiar with the mospeada ride armor. Got a book with detailed instructions on how to paint and mod a specific Honda so it looks just like it.

No idea what a rideback cycle mech is though.

Finally got my official start date for my school's nursing program in the mail! While it's not the early June they initially said it would be arriving on, I am still quite happy that it's still managed to get here. The downside? I have to wait until Spring of 2018 to take my first nursing classes. The upside? I'm getting into one of the top 10 or so nursing programs in the country, so I can wait.

Do you like the Rideback cyclemechs, or are they too weird? Somewhere in between?
i...am not sure what you are talking about. I am in need of a link, I think.

Probably means these:

Rideback Anime

Welp, I'm actually having trouble coming up with a name for my Vigilante for Hell's Rebels. More specifically, I'm having trouble coming up with his vigilante identity name. And so, I turn to you guys, because I'm sure to get something usable.

For the record, Mr. Vigilante is a painter by trade, has the stalker specialization, and currently is built using Enforcer/Dazzling Display to set off Twisting Fear. Also nonlethals with a greatsword thanks to Mock Gladiator.

Well... what is his color scheme? Do you have any specific ideas about visuals?

... like, say, a lion theme or something? *cough*

Good one, Cap!

A few other spit-balls:
- silver lion
- lion shadow
- silver blade
- shadow blade iconic personal spell name?!
- lion blade oh, oops, that's a prestige class~! what a coincidence *cough*
- the silver raven it's not derivative if it directly ties to the plot
- shadow raven (or) raven shadow either way
- raven claw harry potter fans, unite!
- dazzling raven
- razzle raven
- razzle lion
- moonstone
- moon fire
- raven fire
- lion fire
- moon raven
- moon lion
- shadow fire
- living legend
- tactics lion yes? no? I'll file this under "maybe" then?

Either way, your first orders of business: get a ring of sustenance and add a continuous keep watch effect to it, as well as something that hides its aura and makes it either a normal part of your ensemble (so it's never questioned) or entirely hidden (like a private or even invisible tattoo, or something).

BAM: no more sleep!

That was my problem, too, when trying to do anything with Paint as a name.

That said, I suggest Marvelous Pigments, Traveler's Any Tool (perhaps making it masterwork, via spell or two); also useful.

Other spells that might help (via hidden/secret enchanted items):

If you have a large amount of money, later, you can even grab a Fabricate effect, and spend 100 times the amount of money you want to be able to fabricate at-will. A collection of special materials (or, alternately, both versatile weapon and align weapon) will ensure you'll pretty much never meet an enemy you can't weapon-smash.

Hope that helps!

EDIT: CODING~! Woo~!

I am looking for the dvds. As it was put out by funimation I am not surprised I didn't hear of it. I'll have to check it out. The design seems a bit too weird- you're top heavy, balancing on top of a humanoid form that has wheels for feet acting as its head in a way. Strange.

Still enjoying the wonderful world of medical bureaucracy.

After (almost) everything seemed cleared up, I got a call out of the blue from the hospital's collection agency. "You haven't paid $150."

I check my records. Sure enough, the insurance company marked that I had paid on one of the forms, when I hadn't. So I did indeed owe the money.

"OK, I never got the bill. Can you please re-send it?"

A bit of address verification and so forth later, and I'm waiting for the bill to arrive in the mail...
...for a week and a half!

You know, if you can afford an in-house collection agency, maybe, just maybe, you should pay for a decent mail room, too?

indeed.

One of the things I love the most about mecha is the plausibility of it. The Rideback seems...not plausible in the slightest.

Eh... motorcycles in general are a pretty great way to get crippled, despite how cool they look, so I actually find this relatively plausible, as far as human use goes...

So far this morning: gave kidlet one of his presents a day early so he could have time to play it and the computer crashed so he couldn't play his new game, the grounds care people decided that they would just throw everything all over when cleaning the gutters so now my balcony is covered in ick that I have to clean up and we have to throw away the bird seed that we had set out as well, they turned off the water three hours earlier than they said they would for the repairs to the sewer line they're doing today so I didn't even get to brush my teeth, and yesterday's drama with my dad may have cost us the ability to get tickets to the event I wanted to go to on Saturday.

Some days you just wonder why you even got out of bed. >.<

Unrelated note: Chick-fil-A is almost never not packed to the gills! Also, that one piercingly squealy girl in the play area has been screeching as loud as she can for well over an two hours. Hmp.
