Artwork tends to depict centaurs as having great abs, and yet they can't do sit-ups.

I'll pass on the nekkid centaurs.

Clouds basically drink water until they can't hold it any more and then pee all over everything.

Hmm but every time they bend over to pick something up that has to be a great ab workout.

Centaurs are also naked so that works.

30 years from now full-sleeve tattoos will be considered an "old person thing".

Nearly any machine can be a smoke machine if you use it wrongly enough.

Sometimes people make mistakes, and sometimes those mistakes make people.

Who was the first person to look at an oyster and say "I think I can eat that"?

This can applied to many foods.

But they will bring back abstract art in the form of tattoo.

How weird would it be if our ears had to blink?

I wonder that about so many foods. Eggs, all mushrooms ever, Potatoes. The stuff really doesn't look like food in its natural environment.

It's hard to tell if a bedtime story is working, or just really boring.

"Boneless wings" are just fancy chicken nuggets.

A "Now Firing" sign would have the same effect as a "Now Hiring" sign.

Sometimes I really want to go to a zoo. But there isn't one nearby, so I go to a pet store instead.

Now we have to define what ear blinking would be technically we do have little shutters in our ears that help to keep our ears from being damaged they kind of blink. Now if were talking about the ears just randomly coming together that would be pretty sick.

When English speakers sing "La la la", it must be confusing to Spanish speakers who are wondering "The the the" what?

To me Zoos are fun but pet shops are depressing.

We used to use phone lines to connect to the internet. Now we just use phones.

I think it was mentioned once upon a time.

I picture it as the ear having to periodically fold into itself like an ugly taco.

That's more of a workout for the back than the abs, though.

If you want to be sure, you can always go back and re-read the thread.

I don't think my life span is long enough for that.

Don't you want to prove your superiority over the FaWtLBOT? It couldn't handle even a portion of the thread.

What is this FawtLBOT of which you speak?

It was the PostMonster's attempt to use FaWtL to train an AI. It couldn't handle our awesome.

The FaWtL part starts near the bottom of the first page.

Huh fascinating. Also you missed a nekkid post there.

OMG I love it that line is so me. I'm not a fan of my own problems. Plus AI me sounds like hes trying to be empathetic which seems some what appropriate. Yours Is just a ton of # eh that also somehow fits >.>

Do I really post that much that my name just keeps poping up so often?

Wait a minute...did you just imply that I'm a b!~+#?

Ok I know we say the LOL does not normally mean literally laughing out loud. but I for real just loled so hard. I'm glad there was not anyone in the lobby. I am in fact still giggling.

I saw a sign that I think Vany and others could probably use. It was apparently on the desk at a car repair shop and it read "I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you."

It was the delay that really brought the tears to my eyes.

I need that on a shirt.

How about the one that read "Due to the lack of competent robots, our staff are humans and may respond poorly to your abuse."?

Also good. That one works better as a sign for sure. I think everyone needs a good mandatory 1 year of customer service. Gain some respect for others.

Check your PMs, Vid!

I'm not going to be there to greet you, I'm afraid, so here's a, "Hello!" that unfortunately won't be there with any immediacy!

I like this sign from a comic book store:

Banned topics of discussion:
Which is better Star Wars or Star Trek?
Who would win in a fight Batman or Superman?
Which Robin was the best?
Which is better Marvel or DC?
Who would win in a fight Goku or Saitama?
Who was the better captain Kirk or Picard?
Which Doctor was the best?

Also,

Unattended children will be taught to play Magic: The Gathering.

Or the one with a picture of David Bowie in Labyrinth that reads:

Unattended children will be given to the Goblin King.

Thanks T-lion can't check it till I get home anyways!

Those are all good. I never get that heated when people want to compare all those things. I like both the wars and the trek; dc and marvel. the best robin was totally Grayson however.

The MTG threat is legit. Sorry parents your kid is now going to be constantly asking for you to buy him cards. on the plus side his or her odds of premarital sex will go WAY down.

Wooo essentially finished with the final draft. Probably need to name it now.

Hows about "FaWtL: The RPG"?

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Your always so good with the suggestions.

But naw its cool I will mess around with ideas till something comes to me. Realistically I'm going to let people proof read and all that nonsense so I may end up doing one more draft as much as the idea irritates me.

Scarab Sages

Teach your kids to play Magic, and they will never have money for drugs again.
