A brief look at Golarion, 600 years before Rise of the Runelords.

EDIT: a *clothed* look at it...

60% of the time, all the time?

Fevers: they suck.

All shivery body and shakey fingers and you feel cold even when you're actually warming than surrounding temperatures, and it makes it hard to think right or concentrate. Blech.

Fevers are stupid and should feel stupid.

(Despite probably playing an important role somewhere.)

Dang it, I didn't have to account for rush hour traffic on a Saturday.

Now I have to sit in my car for 20 minutes instead of 10 if I want to be ten minutes late (I do).

Dang it, now I forgot to sit in my car the full twenty minutes.

The manager was so shocked she had to check her watch.

Oh no!!! The world is coming to an end. Don't do it, CY!

also isn't your wife taking care of you?

Also, is she geeky? Like super geeky?

If so, you may need someone else to take care of you.

Me and two kids, bringing one to church, and taking him on a (months delayed) Toys'R'Us shopping spree (using a gift card given him for said b-day). Including a bow with 100 water balloons. CY, I blame you for this somehow (even though you weren't involved).

Also, Freehold, she is super geeky, incredibly hot, and... MINE.

>:)

(And also knows enough TKD to fend off certain sneaky types, and a high enough Perfeption and Sense Motive - trust me, I've checked - to pierce pretty much anything...)

There is a neighborhood cat bully. This bully hangs out at my windows and doors, and bangs into them to intimidate my cats.

The 12 pound and 9 pound males are sitting in the middle of the room as the window is being attacked again and again.

The 6 pound female is trying to attack bully cat through the window right back.

Small...but FIERCE!

Playing dumb with the new people.

That'll make it all the more confusing come thanksgiving when the store manager gives me all the power over brute squad.

Did someone say "Catfight"!!!

*Looks at cats*

Sigh...

*Leaves, clearly crestfallen*

And the confusion begins early, the other member of brute squad working tonight has been deferring to me for the more complex brute squad puzzles leaving the new guy with a confused look on his face.

Everyone discounts the guy that looks like a hippie.

Why are any of us anything, Orthos? If we can stave of Oblivion for more than a moment, surely we have done all that any being could be expected to do?

oh no worries, she is still your wife. I am just absconding with her to a place where the temperature is cooler, the black manliness is more...well, MORE, and there is Netflix and Hulu and that thing she likes.

Also, food that I have cooked.

Happy Me.
There is no greater delight than leaving two dozen guests happily gorging themselves downstairs while I escape UPstairs, by myself, with a big plate of good food and a glass of wine.
Because I just have to make the food and welcome people with hugs and then leave.
And hear the happy nom nom noises behind me as I vanish.

I ended up timing things well enough that I was able to make two massive fresh baguettes to go with the meal. And I rubbed them with softened butter before I put them in the oven. Because I hate skinny people.

The big black one in front is Fat Bastard. Don't blame me, their other mommy, Solnes, named them. The tiny black and white one is Little Bit. Yami, the black one on the right, is 16 year old, and doing well for being a grumpy old man.

Two things: first... Vidmaster should not be on this list.

He's dead, like the other five before our Vidmaster7.
Second... I didn't even get an honourable mention?
Thirdly... "uhh... Sir? You said tw-"shut up Jeffery. Thirdly, definitely a cleric with an archtype minamizing spells to grant smite evil ala paladin style or maybe judgement ala inquisitor style... I do like my inquisitions...

What is that a list of? and yes true the other 6 are no longer with us.
