I had a bad case of sugar crash after eating too much chocolate earlier today.
I've stopped putting sugar in my coffee and tea, but I still occasionally indulge in sweets.
Something tells me I should be more careful nowadays though, so as to avoid the risk of developing diabetes and such.
it's important. We aren't getting any younger, and we need to care for our bodies as time goes on. I worry for my fellow gamer.
See? I'm all pudgy. I need to exercise more and eat better.

Syracuse seems to have borrowed Boston's weather from last week. First day of classes at trade school was cancelled due to ~12 inches of snow having fallen last night. Still a blizzard outside. Snow can go f&$% itself.I believe you have a Margaritaville opening today. Head on in for a mai tai and forget about the winter for a little while.
It's in the mall. The mall where I used to work. And the mall can go f$%@ itself.
I am sleepy. Like, I could go and get nap now. Except I need to prepare space for bed for my father before he arrives later evening.
I just froze my fingers shoveling. Freehold, You get a 3 minute head start before I rip you to shreds. Starting now.
why didn't you just ask me over to shovel? I would have shoveled. You don't even have to pay me.

Birthday going well so far. School was called off on account of the snow, so I took the kidlet to brunch. I did have to shovel the car out of its parking spot, but the apartment management was kind enough to leave shovels in all of the buildings for us to use so I didn't have to go to the office to borrow a shovel like last year. And the snow was fluffy and light so it only took five minutes to deal with the snowplow drift blocking me in. Kidlet had a blast playing in the snow after we got home too. Meanwhile, I got some quiet time to myself. And I decided to get out the good china so I could enjoy some tea from my new TARDIS teapot in a really fancy cup. Add in that I also got an Amazon gift card which means a whole bunch of new books for me and it's pretty much a perfect day. :)

Gah, woke up to a sore throat today. Oddly enough, it healed up during the middle of the day, but came back in the evening.
I need to watch Fallout - Nuka Break - Red Star spin off. Not now, though. Now I am going to sleep.
Anyone who can think of a mortal disease that will take years to kill someone even if it's basically untreated but will leave the diseased person bed-ridden almost immediately?
