After watching last night's excellent Agents of SHIELD episode, I realized neither of my other Tuesday shows were new. So I On Demanded Thor: The Dark World. It was pretty good. As always, Tom Hiddleston was thoroughly awesome as Loki.

Work today consisted of running up and down stairwells for four hours (wearing low-slung jeans - because that's what I pulled out of the closet), and I needed to pee the whole time.
Not the best day of my life.

I should write a bit. And by bit I mean around 600-1000 words.Still about 1,200 words to write... Not much progress today.Did you unwrite? Horrors! I didn't know that was possible!
First was daily expectation, second was number of words remaining for the whole submission.
Today I woke up after one pm. Disadvantages of staying for overtime at work and returning in the middle of the night.
But you never see videos about cats joyously welcoming their owners home.
Because owners of loving cats are too busy playing with them and feeding them to make those videos.

Hunter and Ace? :-)Puppy is here, and she's adorable.
Gretchen is a purebred German Shorthair Pointer. (She's liver colored instead of black, which apparently means the bloodline is American instead of from Germany.)
She's already chasing our lab mix and insisting on his attention. He got bored with her and started watching the birds, and she decided to pounce on his head.
Sounds about like ours. Ace and Brutus are suddenly best friends and are chasing and running and playfighting all over the yard, with Bridgette and Ranger struggling to keep up when they take off.
Hunter's still super-aggressive and territorial though, we have to put both him and Ace on leashes whenever we take Hunter out back, or just have him do his business in the front yard instead. This'll have to be the way it is until either they cool off or Ace gets housetrained enough that we don't have to leave him outside all the time.
If that's a reference I'm not getting it, and it's not what they're named after.
But yeah, our dogs are Brutus and Bridgette (purebred boxers), Ace (boxer/lab), Ranger (corgi/collie), and Hunter (blue heeler/something).
Kiddo is terrified of the puppy. Puppy tends to run at her, so the kiddo is expecting to be knocked over (like the bigger dogs do to her) and starts crying.
Puppy just thinks the kid is playing.
That just makes me sad...

Heh, not familiar. Hunter was so named because a friend of mine back in high school said it looked like he was hunting when he would trot around the yard (I think his other half might be Pointer, now that I think of it). Ace was named by his previous owner so we don't know the reason behind it.
Anyway Thursday should be a fun one.

Although, and I say this with some small measure of joy, ever since I moved back down to the glorious south, the colds I've had have been nowhere near as bad as those I'd catch in the northeast. That's just by virtue of the fact I haven't needed antibiotics to defeat any of them. They've all been done in by time and a bit of cough medicine.

I should admit, while I do enjoy Agents of Shield, it can use some definite improvement. Bring in more known characters from the Marvel Universe. Or, hell, just focus on other teams or agents for a bit. Bring in some more high profile guest stars and cameos. Most important, have more stand alone stories. Not every episode has to contribute to the overarching story, damnit! Some good stand alone episodes with other teams of agents would do wonders.

Passed the threshold of 1000 words. Half the story (word-wise) is past me. Half the story in front of me. One hour left before leaving for work today and tomorrow morning. Well, more like before-afternoon.

Sadly it wasn't me what made it, but I gave it a shot.
Need a better motto, and the darn generator could use some more devices for the sigils.
