bacon!

Some guy just walked through my lobby talking on his cell phone, and I'm sure I misheard him but I swear he said "No, because I told her I would be home washing ducks."

Let's see. I have yet to meet a dud FAWTl. The bar has been set high.

Which eventually culminated in the following series of tragic events...."

And that, boys and girls and others, is why FreeholdDM rightfully despises Alton and Joss to this very day.

That video was hilarious. I love the SQUAT team.

I tried turkey bacon for the first time this week.

I think it would taste better if fried in actual bacon grease.

Although some might suggest that would defeat the purpose of turkey bacon, I would argue turkey bacon is an attempt to defeat the purpose of bacon.

But, turkey bacon, eggs, farina, and a hash brown for $2.45 is OK by me.

It would have been classier with Turkey Eggs.

And it would have been gassier with baked beans.

I have realized that planing a wedding is really, really, really a lot of work -
even if it is month away,
a lot of decisions will have to be made, and a lot of bureaucracy will be involved

I remember that, try not to let the stress get to you and just remember she's the boss. ;)

Truly congrats though, best thing that ever happened to me was Solnes becoming my wife.

Yes, congrats again Aeglos! As it happens I am attending a wedding this afternoon. I have been caught in the fallout of this particular weddings preparations ( my wife is the Maid of Honor and has baked the wedding cake). I am so relieved it will be over today!

I am further relieved that the actual ceremony will be performed in the courtyard of the reception restaurant, so no uncomfortable pews to break my back on =D

Either that or you've got low standards. You did spend three hours with me, after all.

Congrats Aeglos!

I too will be married soon, in less than a month!

If you approach your wedding plan with the same mentality you approach certain combats, I'm sure you'll come out unscathed. Just remember, that with drinking/celebrations so too is it in Pathfinder: make sure you're always quick to get fallen comrades back on their feet.

Resign yourself to the idea that no matter how hard you try, some people are going to get offended by something. Not your problem.

No way everything everywhere is going to go just right. That doesn't matter -- it's going to be great anyway.

And don't forget to DELEGATE DELEGATE DELEGATE! Sure, you and the miss have a lot of decisions to make... once you've decided, you can have other people make the calls, at least at first. You may need to sign the checks, or put the final flourishes, but get your (or her) goons to ask your questions, or make initial contact.

Best of luck, and use that month wisely!

Congrats to aeglos!

Great luck thus far with travel. I gave myself extra time because JFK airport can be a b~~!~, but now I get to spend that extra time waiting at the gate because I got through everything so quickly. Better than the alternative.

That is a balanced breakfast right there.

Actually, it couldn't be any more unhealthy than the doughnuts I had.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, Vicon!

Welcome and congratulations on the nuptials to come, Vicon.

Sebastian found the paper sack at 0217 hours on Monday, the sixteenth of Aout, the day of our Lord Hammersmith 12. He saw it in the corner of the doorway of an old apothecary, and made note of all the details in his journal before he approached it.

He expected it to be empty, something blown there from the other world, but when he touched it, he could tell it had weight. He made note of that in his journal, along with the words that were printed in green on its side. The words made no sense to him, but he copied them as exactly as he was able.

Then he looked inside the sack, and the terror seized him. He cringed, hunkered down over the sack, expecting to hear sirens. He expected the great hands to grab him, rough fingers bruising him, lifting his bony body off its feet and carried by burly, faceless, hairy creatures in blue to throw them into a caddy and land him on concrete with four walls.

Ah, yes! Gather around, padawans. Everyone should take notes here. This is how you properly make introductions.

Lilith should give this man 34 cookies!

That looks cool. Somebody needs to do video and post to Youtube, or sell a dvd or something.

Hey there Spanky. How are things going on your end? How are the wife, the kids, and the job(s)?

Cool.
Went to Corpus Christi for a few days. Good times.

Sounds like fun. Glad to hear you all had a good time. Have a good weekend, Sapnky.

WOw this is a song The night belongs to Mona

Yay! Thanks Taig (and all others) for the well wishes, folks!

And Urizen, I'm all for it getting Cenobitey as long as it's more Ceno than bitey.

You know what, until I look up what Ceno really means I should keep my trap shut...

Just got back from Brave. Cool movie.

Allow? ALLOW? We have a thriving burlesque scene here in Central Ohio (and I get hits from others in Cleveland and Cincy as well) and nine times out of ten, they don't mind the photos at all. Just as long as you put up the good ones if they're shot well. If anything, it furthers their potential fan base to bring out more folks to catch their show.

Just don't be doing this while taking photos.
