I tried to order stuff in my shopping cart (SGG PDFs) with both MC and Visa but both card were refused (I have used MC previously for my subscriptions with no problems). Could you help me before SGG crazy days are over?

Jani, we're not getting anything beyond a general unspecific declined message for your card. I would suggest attempting to rerun your order #1510832 again in another hour or so and see if that helps any.

And after your magic reply Visa started to work. I was so happy I had to try MC too and ordered the rest of those SGG guys's dirty cheap PDFs (We have them all now...)
