Question about Mad God's Key

I am planning on running MGK for a party of 2nd-level characters. In the sidebar for level adjustment, the author suggests replacing the zombies with ghouls.

My initial reaction is one of overwhelming fear of the chances of a TPK. Is this fear justified or am I just a pussy DM?

EDIT: That would be a lot of ghouls.

Not really,the suggestion is only to replace the zombies in area T7 by ghouls, that means 4 ghouls.

Also note that the suggestions are for 2nd or 3rd level parties. If you have a 2nd level party, don't go with all suggestions.
