I need a PF conversion of the Shadow Element creature template found in Manual of the Planes, any such already exist either officially or some where on the boards?
Why not just use the template as is? I'm assuming you mean the shadow creature template, with it's 3.5 update?
It's pretty weak, but I don't think anything in it requires a change to work with PF...

Or you could use the new Pathfinder Advanced Race Guide version instead. Located on page 110 under the Fetchling entry.
