Personally, I'd like to have a VC for Chicago announced, but I realize that won't be as much of an incentive for the rest of the world.
What would be pretty cool would be a small web product with some new goodies that are PFS approved. Maybe a way to quickly create this would be to mine the RPG Superstar wondrous items from all years and pick some to clean up and put in a free PDF.

So we're already hooked on receiving something extra for doing what we're supposed to do. :-) What's the next "extra" incentive for us to report? PFS faithful, what do you want to see?
Too funny Kyle, I just posted to a similar thread on the Venture Captain's messageboard mere minutes ago (although I bet we started writing at the same time). I swear to Asmodeus that Kyle and I never discussed this topic previously either.

How about an updated Guide to PFS that includes providing DM's bonuses that can be used during play? Kinda like how 4E RPGA does it with a +2 to one roll, ability to unlock a Monster Race as a character build, ability to unlock a PrC...

I think the only fear I have about any reward system is how easily it can be abused. The greater the incentives offered (minis, special PrC's, other free stuff), the greater the incentive to lie and cheat.

Good thing you did! cuz I would've roasted you right then & there!!!
Personally, I *STRONGLY* dislike those tools the RPGA uses that tilts the game even more in the PCs' favor. In PFRPG, the rule set is well-balanced that such bennies are.
They unbalance the game and ...(making will save vs 4e/LFR rant). The game is great as it is. The shirts are a cool touch (even though I can't stand the guano-green of Qadira), but having things on a wide scale decreases a DM's interest in DMing (it did for me).
But that's just me.

Hyrum.
How is Texas going?
I want to apply, but not being in one of the cities that was asked for I was not sure if it was needed or wanted. I am currently working on getting more involved with Austin to integrate San Antonio players with Austin since we are so close and I could apply for Austin but I was also going to try to find players in Austin I could convince to apply for the job to.

There are interesting alternatives to the RPGA style.
I saw a sign off system in play for a cleric of Sarenrae in PFS who had attended a special (Gencon?) event and received what appeared to be a custom rewards. Basically, they had to perform 10 deeds of a certain nature and get each signed off by the GM in order to open up a reward.
I would like to see something like this for everyone, some sort of mechanical affect that works towards character development independent of the adventures played. Having some bonus thrown randomly in your lap at the end of an adventure is well and good, but it would be nice to, say, complete 10-15 tasks in order to gain some particular bonus. Given that a current character only has about ~40 adventures in them, it seems like a pretty reasonable exchange. A system like that would be not unlike the PA system, but geared towards individual players. I would help give a sense of accomplishment.
EDIT: I realize the this is really a tangential bonus to the above discussion regarding DM rewards; I guess I'm talking about something more for all players, tools to encourage character development.

Here's your carrot: keep reporting more scenarios each month than the month before and I'll keep giving you cooler and cooler free stuff. Deal?
No Deal! Please have that lovely lady over there with the briefcase open it.

That was a reward from the first PFS Special, PaizoCon 09. Unfortunately, I believe that they expired at the end of season 0.
I agree that it was a cool reward, I didn't get anywhere near enough converts to Calistria ;)
The other one I liked was the noble titles that were given (in my case, Trade Prince of Qadira). They had no game effect, other than a cool name.
