I have not yet received my order for the Queen Ileosa figure that was on back order and then shipped on 30 August. At the time, I had just moved to a new address. I think the shipment may have been lost somewhere during the move even though my mail was forwarded immediately upon the date of the move. I updated my new address here on the website, but it was after I was notified the package had shipped.
I kept thinking that it would arrive any day and was just taking longer because my mail had been forwarded; however, it still has not showed up after all this time. I was wondering if it was returned to sender?

Let me make sure I'm understanding the sequence of events correctly (if I'm incorrect anywhere, please let me know as it influences the resolution):
1) You place order on 6/30, set to ship to the then-current (now old) address.
2) You move to your new address
3) You put forwarding order on old address.
4) The order ships on 8/30 to your old address.
If this sequence of events is correct, then we need to give your package longer to reach you. The only thing consistent with the mail-forwarding process is that it causes seemingly arbitrary delays. That, and it does usually get your mail to you. Eventually. Your order, if it is being forwarded, could show up at any time. We have not received a return at this point.
If this sequence of events is not correct, or you have any other questions, let me know. Otherwise, please give your order more time to arrive, and if you still haven't seen it (or been notified by us of it's return) by the end of the month, let me know and I will set you up with a replacement.
