Inquisitor performance

At low levels is the Inquisitor able to punish sinners, or does he take a while to get powerful?

I'm playing an Inquisitor right now. I'm up to 4th level. I can definitely say the inquisitor it tough enough to punishment to sinners who happen to be NPC classes that are level 1. At level 1 you are quite weak but not really any more so than any other class.

Level 3 is where I found the Inquisitor started to get better. The Solo Tactics sure help and some of your judgment are based on every 3 levels of Inquisitor that you have and you qualify for taking Weapon Focus. So Destruction was +2 Damage and you get +1 BAB and +1 for Weapon focus. Level 4 with 2nd level spells and another use of Judgment has been very nice. Looking for to Bane Weapon at level 5 and I'm over half way there.

The Solo Tactic I use is that Flanking one to get +4 to hit with the rogue of the group. Activate judgment for +2 damage and Divine favor. Works pretty good. Using sword and shield with two weapon fighting for the shield bash.

Inquisitor rocks!

I playing a Inquisitor with Destruction Domain at the moment (level 6) and I rocked from level 1 on.

I use two-Handed Weapon with high strength.

Your Judgment make you a very versataile fighter and the spells are the "kick" at the last minute.

Sure you're behind the full BAB classes in numbers of attacks, but you make it with the help of your dmg judgement. :)

Let me guess Gorum for favored weapon Great Axe? Nice, that would be heavy on the damage. I'm in FR playing a Inquisitor of Mask hunting down Cyric cults, I play him more like a rogue with the rogue in our group. We are both stealthy and get into lots of trouble.

Cool!

I'm Gm-ing Kingmaker twice a month on Sundays, and one of my players is a half-elf inquisitor of Milani (one of Golarion's lesser (known) deities).

He was a little "shaky" at 1st level and 2nd level (especially against

Spoiler:
the mites in the Old Sycamore Tree) that entire encounter was troublesome for 4 out of 6 players characters... they were all medium-sized... only the gnome sorcerer and the halfling alchemist had no problems...

But, now he's coming into his own. I think the Inquisitor ROCKS as well.

Not exactly:

Inquisitor of St. Cuthbert (3.5 Pantheon) with his teachers (Paladin) Greatsword. :)
