Leadership roles in Kingmaker

My party has recently begun "Stolen Land" and we are playing with only 3 PC's. In this case there will be alot of leadership roles covered by npcs.
I guess I'm wondering if there is a list somewhere on the boards of all the possible roles that COULD be covered by npcs met in the adventures.

such as Akiros Ismort - General.

I know I saw a list somewhere, but I'm at a loss as to where.

At the beginning of Book 2 (Rivers Run Red) there's a list of which NPCs would work with which roles. The only one not covered is Ruler, which should really go to a PC.

Actually there are two noted down in the intro as willing to play ruler - not their best roles, really, but that doesn't stop them from WANTING the job. That all being said, the npcs are listed together in the forward in KM2. What's really nice about that list is it notes which roles they want, as well as what their best suited for.

There are more NPCs that can take leadership besides that list too. Lost of the more monstrous NPCs that the players can ally with can always take positions too. (popular example being chief sootscale)

I KNEW I had read it before, but it was awhile ago. Of course it was in such an obvious place too lol.

I plan on adding to this list with some NPC's of my own creation.
I want the pc's to have plenty of options.
Of course each NPC will have their own secrets too hehe

There are so many ways this campaign could turn out.

You can also find it in the Kingmaker's Players Guide

Good call on the Players Guide! It does indeed list the Leadership titles, although the actual definitions from the AP article are not given.

I went ahead and listed them all, along with what few "official" definitions I could find HERE.
