Don't be silly that's not a typo. It's actually impossible to have a settlement with exactly 20 people. Resident 20 and 21 always exist togather. If it's from a natural birth then they are always twins. If they are immagrents then they always arrive in pairs, frequently but not always a married couple. If the population is at exactly 21 then when someone dies someone else always dies at precisely the same time.

This is because Fate itself has a rare disorder called twentophobia. It is the fear of the number 20, particularly with regards to population. It's always why 20 people cannot die at exactly the same time.
