Having declared all bacon consumption as a bannable offense as of yesterday, any users caught in the possession of non-frozen bacon will be banned.
To emphasize the seriousness of this decree, Spanky's residence has been searched and found bacon, which has been confiscated as evidence. Spanky has been summarily banned for his deplorable promotion of the slaughter of swine.
Also, a hearing to lift this decree has been held this morning, and the rule has been removed. However, Spanky will remain in a banned state until his bacon is deemed safe for consumption and returned.
Unfortunately, we are having difficulties locating the bacon. We ask for your patience and understanding as we attempt to find a solution to the missing bacon. Please accept this organic, vegan sausage as compensation for the inconvenience.
